Clean and comfortable

Came with coworkers for an expo at the convention center. Was an excellent location and incredibly easy check in and out process. Inside was clean with a well stocked kitchen. Very much enjoyed relaxing comfortably there in the evening. Great stay!

Here for Miss Smerica

It is a good location, beds are not great and the place could use a good update. Furniture was dirty, dirty dishes left in the dish washer and the sheets in the king size bed do not fit. I sent a Message and the cleaners offered to come do the dishes but we had already done them. They dropped off new sheets for the king size bed which were also too small. Over all I'd was an OK stay.

Nice but

Condo is spacious and fairly clean. Pool nearest condo was closed for remodel which wasn’t in description. Hallways had way too much air fragrance. Linens and beds comfy. Ice dispenser in door not working. Kitchen clock not working. Arrival instructions never emailed. Instructions for departure were not at condo nor sent to me. Code for entry did not work at 4:00. Owner was prompt in replying to requests. All and all 4 out of 5.

We had a really bad experience with this condo. Four days after check out they emailed us to inform us that that they had charged our card on file $346 without permission for a new microwave. We did not do anything to the microwave. The top panel above the microwave door was angled out. We had noticed that it stuck out a bit at the top and assumed it vented from the top. We did not report it as damaged because it was that way our whole stay. And the microwave functioned fine. I have tried multiple times to speak to management and they will not return my calls. I have put in a complaint through VRBO and they also told me to call and I still have heard nothing. They claim they have before pictures but they sent one small photo of the whole kitchen that does not show clearly the microwave top panel. We did not damage the microwave and it seems more indicative of the wear throughout the condo. There was obvious wear throughout the condo. The furniture was scratched and dusty. There were boogers in the wall in the bathroom. The appliances did not function well. The freezer ruined food that we bought because it did not keep it frozen. We put water bottles in the freezer and only one spot in the freezer froze them. The rest were not froze after 24 hours. It was an ok place to stay however, the claims about the microwave are untrue and unsubstantiated. I am disappointed in VRBO they claim to protect payment and yet my credit card was charged without my consent.

Golfing weekend

Nice place located near everything. Grocery store was located walking distance away. Amenities we're great. Only issue was it looked like a previous occupant kept a dog in the bathroom and bedroom where it had dug at the woodwork while they were out for the day.

Great spot for convention center events

We had a work group of 4 stay at the property for an event at the convention center and it was great. It was a quick commute over to the event space, and it was great to have a spot with full amenities (gym, kitchen, living room) for the group.
