Charming 3 bedroom, (2 Queen size, 1 Full size) 2.5 bathroom townhome located only 2 blocks away from one of the trendiest restaurant corridors in San Diego. Enjoy your stay in this quiet relaxing space with a fully equiped kitchen, Wifi & Netflix access, your own plant-friendly patio to soak up the sun & one on-site assigned parking spot. You'll be walking distance from a variety of restaurants, local coffee shops, unique shopping options & local breweries.
The space
The townhome is in a building with 2 adjacent independent homes (another townhome & an apartment).

There is a main gate to the building (grass covered) & once inside, each home has their own private entrance.

The first floor of the townhome consists of the living /tv room, a half bathroom & the kitchen which has a sliding door to a back patio with 2 Acapulco chairs to lounge.

The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine with frother, with which you can make your favorite espressos, lattes or capuccinos. (Don’t hesitate to ask if you need help with using the machine). Other things included: drip coffee machine, microwave, blender, toaster, baking sheet, spices for cooking, sea salt grinder, paper towels, a jug of drinking water, a pitcher, silicone ice making molds for freezer, coffee mugs, wine glasses, cutting boards, a set of pans & pots & the essential utensils/dishes/glasses you might need.

The 3 bedrooms are upstairs:

Teal room: Queen size bed, it’s private restroom with shower & a working space with a desk.
The bath is equipped with 2 large towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash.
Each room is equipped with a remote controlled ceiling fan with a light
*This bedroom is also equipped with an AC unit with remote control.

Blue room: Queen size bed
Each room is equipped with a remote controlled ceiling fan with a light
*This bedroom is also equipped with an additional Dyson fan tower with a HEPA air purifier filter.

Peach room: Full size bed
Both blue & peach rooms share a bathroom with a shower, and is equipped with 4 large towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash.
Each room is equipped with a remote controlled ceiling fan with a light
*This bedroom is also equipped with an AC unit with remote control.

Note: a blow dryer is provided for anyone who might need it.
Other things to note
The Tv is logged into a Netflix account which you are free to use.

A bluetooth speaker is also provided.
