The Boathouse is a recently remodeled home with waterfront access. Come and enjoy the laid back lifestyle of Pine Island living in beautiful St James City. This home is on the canal with easy gulf access and a boat lift. You can fish right off the dock and enjoy the wildlife including pelicans, dolphins and manatees!
This home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and master bathroom with a walk in shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom includes two twin beds. The second bathroom has a walk in shower and is perfect for guests.
The home is stocked with everything you need including kitchen utensils, appliances, towels, and linens.
