The house exceeded our expectations!! We came to St James City to attend a wedding at the Low Key Tiki and we wanted a place close to the wedding. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. It easily accommodated 3 couples. Loved sitting outside in the shade under the house! Great space!!

This was a bit of a last minute trip that came up because hubby and I just needed some downtime. Let me start by saying the pictures do not accurately convey how lovely and how well kept this property is. It’s far enough away to feel like you’re really detaching but not too far away if you want to get out and do stuff. For us it was the perfect spot to shut in and relax. We popped out once or twice to enjoy a fresh seafood meal, but their lovely, well-equipped kitchen was great for preparing a late breakfast after a lie-in. Irene’s non-intrusive and timely communications were helpful from beginning to end. Checking in and out was a breeze and any information needed was captured very well in the welcome guide. Wi-fi was stable and reliable. This one is definitely in my favorites for a longer stay return. Thanks for having us Irene and Charlie!!

Cute little place with easy access to great fishing and boating

This was a great location of the southern end of the island that is close by boat to the beaches of Sanibel or quaint Matlacha. There’s live music and baot rentals only a half mile away. Our hosts were very responsive and left lots of little extras to make our stay wonderful.
