Very good

Quiet area, confortable bed, amazing shower. The sofa and carpet in the living room could be cleaner and we would have appreciated more kitchen items (bottle opener, pans, etc) but all in all a very good option.

Perfect!

The place was clean and as advertised. The checkin process was easy and the area was good. Our only problem was that the rental car company gave us a pickup truck and the parking was a bit tight for such a large vehicle but other than that it was perfect!

Great place to stay

The property is centrally located and close to entertainment and other attractions. Everything was as described online. It’s a spacious and newly renovated apartment. My only three critiques would be that the living room rug needs to be replaced or cleaned, the living room couch needs to be cleaned and the host was totally unresponsive.

I was told the place was cleaned prior to arrival, however when getting into the residence it quickly became clear that it wasn’t clean to a reasonable standard. There was a blood stain on the comforter of the bed, there was hair in the utensil drawer as well as some food or something in the utensil holder. Stains on the pillows, a disturbing fishy odor coming off of the couch, there were only two towels for our stay which were very thin towels. There were 2 hangers for clothes in the closet. When I communicated this to the host she told me she’d have someone bring us extra towels. It was bad enough that we wanted to check out within a couple of hours of being there, but since VRBO doesn’t do same day or next day rentals, we were stuck where we were. It overall just wasn’t a very pleasant stay and the space is also far smaller than pictures make it look. I think it was overpriced for the experience we received. I would have happier taking the refund that was offered and staying anywhere else. The inconvenience and sitting on the phone for 2 hours trying to remedy the issue and find another place really made the beginning of the trip very irritating and bothersome, hard to enjoy.
