The Wyndham Grand Desert Resort (Wyndham Timeshare Resort) is located just one and a half blocks from the Las Vegas Strip and is located just down the street from the Planet Hollywood Resort. This stunning property is located within walking distance from some of the world’s finest dining, shopping, live entertainment, nightlife, and gaming. Amenities at the resort include, a fitness center, game room, business center, on-site deli, hot tub, and three pools with one being an adult only pool.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 double size beds along with a second full size bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa sleeper.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in.

The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort condos. If you have any requests it is best to call the resort front desk 7 days prior to the check in date. The listing photos are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.

Great stay

It was overall a great experience. The owner called me beforehand to explain the checkin and checkout process, he was very thorough and courteous. The property was well managed,, clean and comfortable, I will recommend.

Great Property, Great Host

Randall, the host, communicated clearly and was quite helpful.The condo was nicely appointed with great amenities but nothing that wasnt needed.Short walk to the Strip, and close to everything, including the Airport.I would stay here again.

Great location and space

Apt clean and with all needed amenities. Can’t beat the price and great location near the strip. Only downside is being hassled about joining timeshare during the check in at the Wyndham.

Family vacation

This condo was just perfect! Very spacious and clean with lots of room for my family to be together. Also the rooms are a couple feet away from each other so that was great! We would definitely come back again!

Spacious, clean, and comfortable two bedroom two bath condo, Room 824. Loved the whirlpool Jets in the two person tub. How luxurious! We took advantage of the 7 per person shuttle to the grocery store and the shuttle driver was very helpful in helping us get our many bags of groceries in and out of the shuttle. Despite traffic, Lyft rides to the sphere and the Bellagio worked well. We had everything we needed in the way of kitchen supplies, except maybe a cheese grater :-) minor imperfections: one of the two blow dryers was broken, and the bathtub drain in the smaller of the two bathrooms was draining slowly

Clean, had the amenities and enough room for the family. Good location. No resort fees and free parking, which is always good. Staff were helpful. Been coming here for last 3 years and always found it pleasurable, especially the pools. Have noticed some of the complimentary cocktails have become less frequent though this year. If not wanting a time share with wyndham, best to let the host know through the VRBO messaging service beforehand. As sometimes they want you to attend a presentation, and this can be quite annoying if you just want to check in and get straight to your room. Other than that overall a good place to stay.
