Desert Blue 2 bedroom 2 bath condo - near strip

Desert Blue Resort is located about 1 mile the Las Vegas strip and next to the Rio Resort Hotel & Casino. This is the perfect vacation condo for a weekend trip or extended stay. If you play golf, you can choose between four golf courses located within 5 miles of the resort. If you like active vacations, this modern, high-energy resort has a big choice of recreational amenities to make your Las Vegas stay a guaranteed winner.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has two double size beds with each of the bedrooms having flat screen TV's.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in.

The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort condos. The listing photos are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.

THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES.

Beautiful premises. Everyone was courteous —from the valet, to the receptionist, to the pool staff. They did send us to the sales desk because they give you your room keys and bracelets but the agent was not pushy. They upgraded us and we were very comfortable, the kids said this could be our house. The location is comfortable, close enough to entertainment but far away from the noise and crazy traffic. We felt safe too. We would love to come back.

Our group stayed here for EDC and we had the best time! Perfect location for the Rio shuttle stop and a 15-20 minute walk to the strip or Chinatown. The host was extremely communicative before our stay and check in was quick and easy. The unit was clean and had everything we needed! The only thing I would request is some more toilet paper and trash bags for a large group. Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

Great stay overall, would definitely return. Only complaint was although initial check-in at front desk was easy, they redirected you to the other desk to pick up your key bracelets (allows each person staying with you to have access to elevators, room, entry to building doors and pool) - thus having to hear the sales pitch of trying to buy a timeshare. Just say No and that you would like your keys.

The hosts were absolutely wonderful with communication about our check-in process. The suite was clean, appointed, and the perfect accommodations for our family. We were able to walk to a wonderful eatery for breakfast, but the resort provides a convenient shuttle to the strip. They will even take you to a local grocery store in case you need some other food items. We took advantage of the well-appointed kitchen for most of our breakfasts. The amenities were amazing. We would highly recommend, and we even hope to rent this suite again in the future.

There’s a big push to pay for extras- particularly valet tips, housekeeping services and bellhop tips. For a full service hotel, having no cleaning services in a 3 night stay was weird. Also, they wouldn’t give me a second key unless I went over to the “guest services” (sales) desk to be harassed about timeshare and extras. So, we made do with one key.

The resort is a Wyndham timeshare resort. The resort has plenty of self parking. When using valet service most people tip the attendant but not required. Daily housekeeping is not included with the stay and is stated in the listing. Guests are not required to use a bellman to bring luggage to the condo.

Room was clean and spacious. Host was fun to chat with and had great tips for our stay. The fitness facility, convenience antire, and game room were great. Pools and outdoor area were nice in general; splash pad, jacuzzis, fresh towels, many outdoor games, lifeguards, and a bar & grill. The evening reception was a nice touch. Overall the resort is small compared to some of the big names in Vegas. But what made this property one of the best we’ve stayed at (and we are very frequent travelers) was their service! I was not expecting to be treated like royalty but every request and inquiry we had was met with prompt response time and personal attention from every type of staff member. We had a room request at check-in, had a light go out in the room, had groceries delivered, needed extra towels, and a special request at the bar & grill. The service we received was incredible! Would definitely recommend and we certainly are coming back soon!

Loved the view! We were very close to the strip and could see the Allegiant stadium from the windows. The daily activities with freebies was fantastic. I loved the morning free coffee. There is a shop and bar on site, too.

Great stay

Was the perfect place for our group to stay in Vegas. We were there for an event weekend off strip, but still close enough for an easy trip to all the main Vegas attractions. The property was quiet and clean, just what we needed after long days.
