Located near local breweries and restaurants, you'll have a great time exploring the vibrant neighborhood. A fully stocked kitchen is available when you feel like staying in. The space:
The lower level of a duplex, this unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the main floor you have two bedrooms, one with a queen bed in it and the other has two twins as well as a full bath. A large living room lends itself for hanging out or additional sleeping space. The fully stocked kitchen has an eat in dining table and great counter space for cooking. In the basement, there is another bedroom with a full bed and a large living space with pull out couch, board games, and a desk for your WFH needs!

House had updated amenities, good space for the 6 of us, Street parking was easy. We love the neighborhood. This is the 3rd time we've stayed in the Northeast. Check in and out was no problem.

This was a very spacious and well-appointed property. It had everything you might need, and it was very clean and seemed to have been renovated in the last few years. We were in Mpls. to host my sister's memorial and the access to a printer and a few office supplies was incredibly helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. The neighborhood is quiet and had ample street parking. The host was very responsive and flexible. HIGHLY recommended!

Great location for a game!!

We had a great time staying here to go to the Minnesota/Wisconsin football game. The place was so clean and easy check in. We had everything we needed and it was a very quick drive to the stadium. Would definitely recommend!!

Great for families because there is plenty of space to spread out. Basement stayed cool on the hot summer days during our visit! Walking distance to NE breweries and parks.

House was as pictured and had plenty of space for our needs. Parking was on the street but was not an issue. Great coffee shop just a couple block walk away!

Comfortable, spacious, clean, great location. A perfect location within walking distance from my brother's house, coffee shops, breweries, restaurants. A short drive to a grocery store. The place was clean with two full bathrooms. Two living rooms with large TVs. Nice outdoor space. Easy street parking. Very responsive host. Loved our stay.

Love the decor, very clean! Comfy & cozy. Would stay again! Parking on the street was easy. Loved the fenced in yard! Excellent communication from owner who responds immediately. Much appreciated! The kitchen floor is in poor condition and needs to be replaced. Adding a cordless vacuum would be ideal. Overall good experience!

We rented the house because it was a lower cost option for attending a week long conference downtown. The property was perfect for our group of 4 women. Parking was readily available, we had quick access to downtown, the place was immaculately clean and we had a great time. It was so nice to have gathering spaces where we could chat while still having the privacy of our own rooms. We always felt safe. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. Highly recommend this experience if you're going to the Twin Cities.

The biggest issue is that it's listed as an "entire home". It is not it's a duplex with a loud upstairs neighbor.

Hi Kashmiere, I’m sorry that you didn’t have a 5 star experience at this home like every other guest that was here before. In the property description it clearly states that this is a Duplex, which is a building that has two separate private dwellings.

Great place right outside of downtown

Reached out to Sergio a few months prior to our stay. Spoke with him on the phone and he answered any questions that I had about the property. Upon arriving, the location was very easy to find. Three bedrooms, two baths, two living areas and a kitchen dinette plenty of room for three of us, you could easily fit a much larger family to spend the week. We had a competition at the Minneapolis convention Center, literally 12 minutes drive. Grocery stores and restaurants within just a few minutes. . Plenty of parking on the street in front of the house , and nestled in a quiet neighborhood.

My family of four had a great stay here. We enjoyed the nearby coffee shops, parks, and bars in walking distance. There’s a grocery store a 3-minute drive away. And the property itself was perfect for our needs. Bigger than I pictured! The only noise we heard from the upstairs neighbor was the occasional footsteps. Otherwise quiet and peaceful. Kitchens and bathrooms were nicely updated.
