Excellent place and communication

The house is super clean and had many everyday items for us to use in the e kitchen. Our host was the best, had a small issue with a drain and came over right away to fix it. The location is right by the lake, that was beautiful! I would highly recommend and wouldn’t mind staying there again!

My sister's and I had a relaxing beautiful weekend. Pictures and info of the property on VRBO were accurate. We will definitely rent again. Eric was prompt on responding to our questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice House With Awesome Canyon Lake View

Wonderful floor plan and balcony view within walking distance to the lake. AC is cool and the house is very accommodating and well cared for. Great communication. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Amazing property with everything you could possibly need

Our stay here was fantastic and the amenities of this property were amazing. I was incredibly impressed with the cleanliness, the location, and everything this rental provided. Great place to relax, recharge and catch up with family we hadn't seen in a few years. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Wow!

This property is amazing! It was clean and comfortable, and felt like home. Everything we needed was there, so we could do us on relaxing outside with that marvelous view! The weather was perfect while we were there, and we noted an odd but very welcome lack of mosquitoes. How they managed it I have no idea, but our stay was very pleasant. I loved how close it was to the water but still has such a beautiful view over the tree tops. I will absolutely stay here again!

Thanksgiving weekend getaway

Property was extremely nice. Would definitely return. Eric was in contact with us and available if we needed anything. Property located walking distance to boat ramp, beautiful view from master bedroom and patio. Very spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

Great Place on Canyon Lake

As pictured and advertised. Very clean and lots of open space so my family and friends so we did not feel cramped. Enjoyed the view of the lake from the back deck and the proximity to the lake and boat ramp is great. The only negative is that there is no swimming so you better have a boat to enjoy the water, which we did and had a great time. We would definitely come back to this location.

Beautiful Deck View

Loved this place. Eric is such a wonderful host and takes pride in the cleanliness, which is impeccable. Just a walk down to the boat launch where I kayaked. Loved the deer and the morning birds chirping. I will come back soon. Sandra

Birthday!

The property was very clean and the house had everything we needed. The deck area was our favorite with a great view of the lake. We spent our time trail hiking, so it was nice a home to relax for the evening after a long day. My teenagers loved that it had wifi. I would rent again.

Wonderful stay!

The house was perfect for a family get-a-way. It was stocked well, nice and very clean. The backyard outdoor patio has a beautiful view of Canyon Lake with outside table/seating for meals or just enjoying the view. We had a great time and really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay here again!

The pictures really do reflect the property, everything was clean and nice. The owner answered all of our questions promptly and professionally. The view of the lake was fantastic. All in my family loved everything we will be back. “2021” here we come!!

Took my family for a trip to celebrate my daughter and son birthday. House is full equipment everything you need. Very spacious plenty of space for everyone. Nice clean house. Beautiful view from the balcony! definitely will book will for next trip!

Awesome place

The property was very clean and accommodating. The back porch had a nice view of the lake and was the perfect hangout spot. The property was close to different restaurants and activities. We had an amazing time staying here and definitely want to come back!

We stayed with family. The views are amazing and it close to town and the water also it was close for do hiking with kids. It is kid friendly and you will enjoy your stay here.

Beautiful views and great property.

Thanks Eric and Andrea for welcoming our large family! The house was a great size for all of us! The deck was very spacious with plenty of room for us to spread out. The house was very clean and a great location. Easy to load your boat and jet ski because the ramp is right there. Only thing I would recommend for other guests, is bring whatever you need because you will have to trek up the hill if you forget something at the house 😅 The Lake is beautiful and during the week it is not as busy. We would definitely stay at this property again. We all had a great time and made great memories 👍 The owners are very attentive and want to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your stay! It was also awesome to see plenty of wildlife. Lots of deers and even a Fox. The kids were very excited about that! We can’t wait to book another trip to Canyon Lake again 👍

Loved it!

The owner was extremely nice and helpful. The property is beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked with anything you may need. Several extra linens were available. The view from the patio is gorgeous. Both families had a fabulous time and will be back!

Canyon Lake Getaway

Everything was great. House was clean and had everything we needed. Very short walk to the lake. Owner was great, he kept lines of communication open at all times. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. We had a great weekend and made the right choice with this house.

Best Long weekend place in Canyon Lake

100% best place to stay , excellent location , awesome little neighborhood, 100 yards from the lake , house is perfect, has everything you need plus more excellent for families looking for an extended weekend, or that week long break , so much to do and honestly you won’t find better value for money - this is the place you want to stay ! It’s amazing !
