VIEWS! VIEWS! VIEWS! Ocean and fairway views from this top floor unit. Wow! This unit has large living room, comfortable primary bedroom and 2 full baths! Gaze at sunsets across the expanse of the 2nd fairway, or sight an occasional deer scampering up the lawn in the early hours of the morning.

Very comfortable!! Relax on your own private lanai. Feel the wonderful trade winds sweep across the Greens and take in the aroma of the beautiful Plumeria trees and Hawaiian foliage. This extremely spacious one bedroom unit in the Grand Champions Villas comes fully stocked with all the amenities needed to make you feel as if you are in your own home. Fresh paint and new carpet in 2022!

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! The Grand Champions have lush beautiful landscaping and amenities include 2 pools, Jacuzzi, BBQ and Security. This central Wailea location makes it favorable as you can walk to tennis, Shops at Wailea, casual to fine restaurants, World’s Top Beaches and Five Star Hotels.

Whatever your vacation desires might be you will have a great time with your expectations delivered and memories of life time!

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Other things to note

Please note: Upon confirming your reservation, we will request your personal email address. A company specific rental agreement will be emailed to the provided address. Once we have received your completed rental agreement, detailed arrival instructions will be emailed to you one week prior to your stay.

Notice: Grand Champions has scheduled for the sloped roof of each building to be replaced. Estimated completion date is December 2024. Phase 2 Construction Dates: April 4th, 2024 to December 12th, 2024. The pools are estimated to be closed for repair: South Pool April 1st - 3rd 2025, North Pool: April 4th - 8th 2025

Love this condo

We love this particular unit. We actually have it booked for October. We have stayed here multiple times. The full ocean view is incredible!

Perrfect Waimea week long stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 1 BR, 2 bath, for 3 people, was Perfect for a Waimea week long stay ! Walking distance to amazing snorkeling, and shops, including a gourmet market! Short drive to several additional snorkeling spots, PLUS Keihe for shopping and boat ramp/snorkel 1/2 Day trip. Lastly, LOVED the bidet! Excellent addition!

Maui vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Maui Grand Champions 74 is a great place to stay. Location is great, view is amazing. Open floor plan and has an overall great feel. My complaint and I wouldn't lower my rating over it is the AC unit turns on and off all night long. And the window coverings need to be replaced especially in the bedroom. There is a light outside the window and shines right in the room. Get some blackout in bedroom and new shades at Lanai. That being said I would stay here again, and we enjoyed our stay!

Great location at the Grand Champions

This condo is in a very good location on the property with great views and great neighbours. The condo was very clean and we had absolutely no issues during our stay that required us to contact anyone for assistance.
