Grand Champions 68! Beautiful golf and ocean views.

As you enter you will be greeted by the charm of this condo! Open and inviting! Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors lead to your private lanai. Take in the tropical setting overlooking the golf course and ocean views while sipping your morning coffee or favorite beverage.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything the home chef will need to whip up a quick bite or a full meal. Family and friends can gather at the dining table with seating for four.

Relax in this great living area after a fun-filled day on Maui! Complete with flat screen TV to enjoy your favorite movie, sofa sleeper for additional sleeping, ceiling fan, and window AC.

Drift off to sleep in this cozy king bed for a perfect night's rest. The primary bedroom offers a flat screen TV and window AC to keep cool. The ensuite bath is complete with a shower and beautiful vanity.

There is a second full bath with a tub/shower combo. Washer and dryer in the unit allow for lighter packing.

The Grand Champions have lush beautiful landscaping, and amenities include 2 pools, Jacuzzi, BBQ, and Security. This central Wailea location makes it favorable as you can walk to tennis, Shops at Wailea, casual to fine restaurants, World's Top Beaches, and Five Star Hotels.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Love this unit and all the property amenities.

The full kitchen, partial ocean view, proximity to the pool area and high ceilings make this our favorite place to stay in Wailea.

The condo is very dated, the original baths and kitchen ( which was very worn down) and worst of all the very stained carpetWe love Grand Champions where we have stayed in seven different condos more than 10 times but this one was very disappointing

Everything was as advertised. I'll be staying here again.

Quiet an off road with only the silent sound of golf balls away across the fairway seen from my Lanai. Your privacy is respected. Oh, almost forgot, there's a great view of the ocean as a bonus.

I'm not sure if there is anything more "Maui" than sitting on your private lanai and watching the golfers on the fairways with whales breaching in the Pacific as a back drop. Doesn't get much better. Nice get away

Property is a good value. Enjoyed relaxing in the condo after full days of running, snorkeling, swimming, and hiking. Unit could use a few upgrades but very comfortable and clean.

Partial ocean view and next to the pool!

We loved staying in this unit! Great floor plan, big kitchen, and we were pleased to have a partial ocean view. Also, they were just steps away from one of the pools, which was convenient and lovely. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the tennis club next door to play pickleball. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again!

Great condo

Nice view of the golf course. Nice furnishings. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, appliances, etc. Lots of towels. TV a bit difficult to navigate.

Nice Location

Nice location, the unit itself is quite dated and located on the second floor. Proximity to the pool was nice but the stairs to the unit became tedious as the week went on. The TV in the living room did not work but the wifi was great, we were able to work remote with no issues.

A little TLC would go a long way.

Property is in a great location and has a very useable floorpan. The wall air conditioners are old and sound like they are on borrowed time. The one in the living room is so noisy that you can't hear the T V when it is on. The carpets are a mess. Stained and appear to be in need of professional cleaning.

Good location

Check-in was very easy. Very quiet after 9 pm. The unit overlooked the 2d hole of the Blue course. It was fun watching the golfers hit their fairway shot to the green. Assigned parking in front of the bldg was nice. A few concerns: the downstairs unit’s window AC was loud. The bed had a foam pillow top that made the bed too soft. We removed it. Housekeeping overlooked a stain on the fitted sheet when they replaced the sheets before we checked in. Housekeeping replaced it after I called the management company.

Grand Champions 68 has one of the best locations with the community.The condo is long overdue an update. The sofas are old and uncomfortable. The carpets need a very deep clean or replacing. The kitchen utensils and the bedding are poor quality for this price point.The condo offers good value. With some investment , it has so much more potential.

Great place, but safety issue with sliding balcony door!

The interior is a bit dated but very comfortable, quiet and a well stocked kitchen. The only issue we had was with the lock on the sliding door to the balcony. The locking mechanism is very loose and easily engages automatically when closing the door. We ended up locking ourselves out the first evening with our cell phones inside the unit. Luckily the downstairs neighbor was outside so we could give him the code to the front door and come and unlock the sliding door from the inside. We reported this to property management but they basically told us this they wouldn't fix it because that's how all the units are! Definitely a security issue and we were lucky it wasn't too late at night and a neighbor was around to help us. We ended having to use some painters tape to keep the lock from dropping down and self-locking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is wonderful. Great view, fantastic location, spacious. Wall hanging are artful and reflective of the Island of Maui. Couch is significantly dated and basically just worn out. The AC units (one in the living room and the other in the bed room, did a good job of keeping the place cooled down. Much better than the other Grand Champions unit I have rented in the past. But it still could be better. Below are a few suggestions though. The blinds very much need to be completely replaced as the windows cannot be closed and occupants can have no privacy in the evening if they so desire. It looks getto when they're closed. The lock to the sliding door on the deck is in need of repair. I went out to do the laundry and closed the slider behind my self to keep the place cooled down and the lock latched on it's own. I was alone in the apartment, and luckily one of the sliding windows was open for be to get back in. Otherwise, I would have been in big trouble.Bird are nesting in a alcove above the patio (Lanai) and are crapping all over the furniture and deck. We had to clean it daily to use the deck.I would rent this unit again as the views towards the water are very pleasing.This is my honest appraisal of this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for any stay on the south side and beautiful ocean, island, and golf course views. CB Islands Vacation staff was excellent - from ensuring a smooth check-in, being attentive to our needs during our stay, and facilitating adjustments to our stay. Already planning to book another rental with CB Islands. As for renting the same unit, I am not sure I would if I needed more than one bed. Fold away sofa beds are never expected to be very comfortable but the one in this unit is well past its use by date. Sleeping on the sofa itself or on the floor presented a better option. Regardless, the rental was a good value and even better when booked directly through CB’s website than through a third party site.
