The unit is Street Parking Only. You may be towed if you park under the building in the parking garage. To Access the Building: Pedestrian Access is off of Leon Street. The door has to have a code to open. Use the newer keypad to the left. Once in the building, there are 2 elevators. One when you walk in from the pedestrian entrance. If that one is out of service, walk through the mail hallway into the parking garage. Diagonally across the parking garage level is the other elevator. The unit is on the top (5th) floor.

Here is what is provided at the Condo for your use:
>At least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen
>Toilet paper in the bathrooms
>Pump hand soap at the sinks
>Dishwasher detergent
>Laundry detergent
>Hand dish soap (do not put this into the automatic dishwasher!)
>Fresh linens on the beds
>Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths in the two bathrooms
>Garbage bags for the kitchen
>Coffee makers (drip and pod-style)
>Basic kitchen supplies, kitchen with plates, bowls, cups, utensils

Here are some suggested items to bring (not provided):
>Coffee (ground or pods)
>Your own personal care products (bath soap, shampoo, anything else you need)
>Food, drinks, condiments if you are eating at the condo
>The TV is streaming ONLY, no cable or local reception. So bring your passwords/logons for your streaming services like Netflix, Disney +, etc.
>Anything else you need for your adventure in Austin!


Some key house rules:
>NO SMOKING (of ANYTHING) in the condo. Not even with the balcony doors open. You will be charged.
>No pets of any kind
>The condo is NOT friendly to small children/babies with a spiral staircase and not baby-proofed in any way
>No loud parties, quiet after 10pm

Upon Checkout:
>Load and start dishwasher before leaving
>Do no leave any perishable food/drinks
>Throw trashbags out in trash shoot (located on other side of 5th floor by elevator (behind a door you have to open)
>Leave beds UNMADE, so the cleaning crew knows to change the linens
>Log out of your streaming services on the TV
>Lock-up the door when you leave, turn off lights/fans, close blinds/drapes
