About this space
The Sequoia is a cozy two bedroom and one bath cottage. A great choice for couples or a family and is pet friendly. There is a spacious living area with sofa and additional dinning space. It has a full kitchen, private patios and your own private propane grill. The Sequoia cottage is located within walking distance to popular restaurants and stores as well as within 1/4 mile of the Kern River. Please note that there is a 6% bed tax added into the nightly rate. Hope to see you!

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed this property! The host was incredibly communicative and responsive, making everything from check-in to departure smooth and stress-free.The home has a cozy, rustic charm. While it's an older property and not a luxury rental, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed for a fun getaway. We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly, as well as the built-in BBQ and the private front and back outdoor spaces, which were perfect for relaxing after a day on the river.The location was fantastic—we could easily walk to the downtown area, the local brewery, and the river, and it was just a short drive to great inner tubing spots.Our only challenge was having one small bathroom for our family of four, especially with a teenage daughter getting ready each day—which made for some entertaining mornings! Overall, this is a great choice if you're looking for a comfortable, well-located place with character rather than a high-end resort experience. We'd happily stay here again!

The property was great and communication was fantastic before our trip. However, we unfortunately left a set of keys at the property. We have left numerous communications via the VRBO app with absolutely ZERO response or notification as to if the keys have been found. Feeling completely ignored and dejected as we enjoyed our stay up to this point.

First of all the aria is amazing kernville is a wonderfull and charming town. The location of the cottage is very good and it is near the town center. The view from the cottage is wonderfull, from the cottage you can see the lovely mountain range and river. Inside the cottage is clean and quaint with lovely decore.We especialy liked the door conected to the bedroom. I would 100% recamend for anyone who wants to have a quaint mountain vacation.
