4. No Extra/ Overnight Guests or Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed in the unit.
5. Please maintain the set up of furniture

7. No Pre-Check-in Bag Storage: Bag storage is possible when available, upon request, and for a fee.

9. No Guests Under 18 Without the Host's Permission
10. Check-Out
Time: Check-out time is at 11:00 am. Late check-out fees apply.
11. Lock-Out Fee: A $100 lock-out fee will be charged.
12. Proof of ID: Guests must provide proof of a valid ID matching the reservation name and sign a short-term rental agreement.
13. Security Measures: CCTV cameras are installed for security; the property manager will monitor self-check-in via Ring cameras.
14. Free Parking: Free parking is available for the unit.
To encourage everyone to contribute to the upkeep of our home, a fee of $500 will be imposed for any violations.
