Bedroom 2: Unwind in the tranquil setting of this bedroom, which features 2 full-sized beds. Experience a restful night's sleep with premium linens, plush pillows, and generous closet space for your items. Plus, enjoy entertainment on the 50-inch TV.



Equipped with a comfortable desk and chair to ensure you can work for extended periods without discomfort.



Living Room: The living room boasts a chic and cozy sofa bed, perfectly integrated into the space, along with a 55-inch TV for your viewing pleasure.



Kitchen: The kitchen is outfitted with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. These modern conveniences make cooking and cleanup a breeze.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Self-check-in is available for your convenience.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Each reservation includes a $59 Damage Protection Program covering accidental damages up to $150.



⚠️ Please note: No on-site parking is available.

We do not offer on-site parking; however, there are paid parking options available nearby, including on surrounding streets within close proximity.



GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT:

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.



Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.



Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:



« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

« You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.

« You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.



All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.



Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional PER Pet Cleaning Fee applies :

Pet Cleaning Fees (per pet):

• 1–4 nights: $35/day

• 5–29 nights: $250

• 30+ nights: $400
