We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay at Sunset Beach house and found the house perfectly suited for you. It was unfortunate that there were storms that came through during your stay that knocked out power, the CFE electrical restored power as quickly as possible. This was completely out of our control as the host of your stay. This was a rare occurrence, please come back and stay again!

Exactly as pictured. It was so peaceful, private and safe. There were very few other people there so so much privacy. The house is enormous and very clean. Check in was smooth and communication was fast. Loved every moment of this trip and hope to return one day. Thank you!

Beautiful house, clean pool, great for our whole family. Because it was on the beach it was very convenient and we were able to explore when the tide was out. We have been in places before where it was more of a hike and felt like a struggle to get out to the beach and back to the house. This location made it feel more like a relaxing vacation. We really loved that each room had its own bathroom and the kitchen/living room area was a great gathering spot. The grill was great for our dinners and we loved hanging out at the pergola area by the pool. Thank you for a great family getaway.

Great views, Very clean propeety

We stayed over a weekend. The host was in regular contact. They had someone clean the hot tub while we were there which was appreciated. Lots of space with so many rooms and bathrooms.

Great place!

Everything was exceptionally clean, the property was very safe and secure, and being on the beach was fantastic. Well equipped for a rental house, all amenities were as listed, and communication was superb. The golf course was great, and going to town was very easy. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach house that’s away from the crowds!

Absolute Paradise!

My family and I travel quite a bit each year. More often than not, we explore different parts of Mexico because we live in New Mexico. We always stay at private VRBO’s, as we value our privacy, safety and peace. Large tower resorts just don’t make us happy. My husband happens to be a professional Chef, myself a sommelier. I only mention this because we truly value a house that has great a kitchen and outdoor area to enjoy cooking at the property. As for the 5 rooms ALL with KING SIZED BEDS! My discerning group agreed unanimously that the beds were the most comfortable we have experienced in any rental. We hadn’t been in Puerto Penasco in over 10 years, so I did a good amount of research. This property has a location directly on a sprawling beach that we basically had all to ourselves! The beach faces the sunset, it is incomparable. But the most INCREDIBLE part of this property is its specific gorgeous, fascinating and dramatic High Tide vs. Low Tide beach experience. In other words, you can walk almost a mile out into the ocean at low tide in morning, collecting gorgeous, untouched shells and discovering tiny wild life as you walk out onto the softest, silkiest ocean floor. Then, the tide comes in early afternoon and the water is green, and turquoise, and shallow and warm. The large Villa itself interior is super clean, fully stalked with all of the essentials. My family and I can’t wait to go back!!

The house was as advertised. It is perfect for large groups or families. We had 5 couples and the house couldn’t have been better. Each couple had a room with a king bed and own bathroom which were all nice. We will definitely be going back.

This was the absolute best accommodation ever for our family trip of 9 adults. The house is amazing, the pool refreshing, and the picture-perfect backdrop provided by Mother Nature every day was the icing on the cake. The rooms are spacious, and the beds were better than my bed at home. Would have loaded one up if I had the room. Everyone having their own full bathroom made getting ready every day for 9 people a breeze. David, as a host, was very attentive to my questions and requests, and always had whatever I needed within the hour. His suggestions for catering are spot on!! I would 110% come back and stay again if I was coming with a large group.
