Luxurious private Space close to beach and lagoon
This beautiful top floor duplex, modern house built in early 2022, is located in the exclusive Islas Del Mar development. It sits close to a gorgeous lagoon and next to renown Jack Nicklaus designed Golf Course.
The upstairs unit has a private entrance, 3 bedrooms, each bedroom is air conditioned, two of the rooms have private bathrooms. There is a sofa bed in the Livingroom. It has a large set of sliding doors that welcome you out to the covered patio and a direct access to the pool. The private pool (not a jacuzzi) is for exclusive use of the guests during their stay. Perfect to enjoy with family and friends
IMPORTANT NOTE:
*Maintenance worker (owner)on-site. He will not interact with you unless you need help with something.
* The tide in this location only comes twice a day. However, the lagoon is always there.
