Amazing views of Lake Tahoe in this stylish and well appointed, lakefront condo in North Lake Tahoe`s Brockway Springs Resort. Access to the all the resorts, lakefront amenities: year-round pool, kids pool, pier, tennis/pickle ball courts, clubhouse, sauna, and small fitness center. Enjoy the condo`s dream-worthy beds, private balcony (with electric BBQ and dining set) and gorgeous sunsets. Located with minutes of everything Lake Tahoe has to offer year-round! Free wifi and parking for 3 also.

Beautifully decorated and well appointed condo with panoramic views of Lake Tahoe from every window. Located on the 4th floor of the Tower at the beloved, gated Brockway Springs Resort right on the the lakefront in King`s Beach.

3 bedrooms with dream-worthy beds:

Located in the infamous Brockway Springs Resort in King`s Beach in North Lake Tahoe. Resort is located within minutes of everything Lake Tahoe has to offer all year-round! Close to more than 20 world-class alpine and nordic ski resorts, ice skating, snowmobiling, and more! Summer activities include hiking, biking, boating, water skiing, parasailing, wind surfing, jet-skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, boat cruises, horseback riding in addition to the world-class golf courses, alpine and nordic ski areas, and exceptional variety of dining options. world class dining, Located minutes from the casinos just across the Nevada border. Short drive to Incline Village and the beautiful East Shore which boasts some of Lake Tahoe`s most beautiful beaches such as Sand Harbor Beach. Lots of events in King`s Beach happen throughout the year.

TART is Lake Tahoe`s free, year-round shuttle that has an extensive route system! A TART stop is located right at the resort`s entrance. Walk to downtown King`s Beach, restaurants, shops, beaches, coffee shops.

You will have the entire condo to yourselves. An access code will be given for the entry gate and condo. Guests will have a key card to enter the year-round hot springs pool, tennis/pickleball courts, fitness center, sauna, pier, clubhouse and all other resort amenities.

You`ll get a personalized digital guide with local tips, my favorite spots, and interactive Google Maps so you can easily explore and get directions. Just awesome!

The view from this condo is absolutely stunning! It’s in a perfect location just short walk to Kings Beach! The grounds are stunning, beautiful pool with the dock that gives you serenity while you sit on the benches and just stare at the beauty of Lake Tahoe! My review can’t give this place justice. It was amazing trip. Thank you so much!

Condo with a great view!

This is a great location with walking proximity to Kings Beach. Has an amazing view of the lake and has a comfortable living space to hang out in. The pool is really nice and is also right on the lake.

Beautiful views

Loved this unit and Lori was very flexible in alllowing us to check in just a little earlier as we were coming from another location close by and were killing time. The place was clean and the view was amazing.

Easy check-in to the unit. The building is a little outdated, as is the unit but the view is amazing. The kitchen cabinets and bathrooms could use a redo and the listing says washer/dryer but it is not in the unit. There is a community laundry on the bottom floor which didn't work and the room was kinda gross. Lori the property manager did pick up our laundry and get it cleaned for no fee. Easy walk to town/beach and the pool was a little walk but totally do able.

Spring break by the lake

The location was perfect for us. We wanted to be on the lake with beautiful views and this property offered exactly that. The two aspects that I wish were different were the laundry situation and the quality of the pans available for guests to use. I thought the laundry was going to be in the unit, which it is not, and when I went to use the facilities the door was locked. I brought my clothes to a wash and fold to get cleaned and Lori, the property manager, kindly reimbursed me for my troubles. I cooked dinner a couple of nights, and was disappointed with the condition of the pans I had to use. They were very scratched and stained. All and all it was a nice stay and Lori was helpful and responsive.

This home is nice. however, my husband and I booked a stay for our wedding night 2 weeks ago. We, unfortunately had a gift bag on the counter that we put near the garbage that we left behind. There was 1000 in gifts in that bag for my spouse that were extremely sentimental. We called right away and asked if they could hold it and we would come back to get it. I felt like I had to chase the host down to get a response and all I got was we found nothing. We also left a black hat box on the bed and there is no way these things did not get seen/ found by housekeeping. It’s really sad because in the world where people work really really hard honesty is such a gift and I feel like this wasn’t the case here. These were very special gifts that meant the world to me and in the chaos of pack packing up they were left behind. I am so upset about it and more upset at the lack of effort and follow up. We immediately followed up and would’ve driven the two hours back to grab it. It wasn’t even like the garbage man had come to take the garbage yet so clearly there was no effort. I hope whoever got these gifts appreciates them and I also hope somewhere in the lack of honesty this person digs deep to find some grace. This is not a cheap place as my husband stayed in it a total of three nights. We also recommend it to 5 of our friends who looked and planned to stay a week that now have decided to stay elsewhere. It’s so easy to be a decent honest human being. I am so disappointed!!!
