You'll love this airy, well appointed, 1-bedroom, 2nd floor apt surrounded by multi-million-dollar homes. The full-kitchen with the most modern appliances will wow you as will the rain-shower bathroom. Your own, in-unit, washer-dryer is sure to please. Pullout couch in the living area for a 3rd guest. This 2nd floor apartment is accessible from a very private entrance just past your own outdoor sitting area great to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings. The open modern kitchen has a drawer-microwave, dishwasher drawer, gas cook-top with exhaust-fan and oven. The living room has lots of windows with beautiful treetop views of the neighborhood and sunset. And a 65" Samsung Frame TV with rotating art. The private bedroom can be completely shut off from your living area, making it perfect for guests desiring their separate sleeping areas.

The proximity to the beaches and great restaurants is a big plus. We also enjoy taking relaxing walks in the neighborhood of manicured lawns with beautiful gardens.
