We spent 7 days here celebrating our one year anniversary/honeymoon. The balcony view is unbeatable. It was one of many of our favorite things about this place. This is our second time staying here and most definitely won’t be our last. Thank you Janet for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Thank you so much for your review. I'm so glad you and your spouse choose our condo to celebrate your wedding anniversary. We try to spend our anniversary at the beach too. And like you, we find the balcony is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. I look forward to having you back the next time you make it down to Panama City Beach. Thank you again for your business. Janet

The Host was excellent in communication with us. We had a very fun time. I would prefer a recliner over a sofa. The floor should've been mopped. The Host provided nice welcome baskets in the bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked to meet our needs. Thanks so much. We will return.

Condo was beautiful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owner was available and quickly answered any questions we had. They also notified us of city water issues and kept us updated the entire time. Will definitely recommend and stay here again. I loved making memories with my family here. My oldest daughter was able to get a condo just down the hall for her little family so we had lots of family time together. It was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay. We lucked up and got first row (balcony) seats to the air show. The beds were comfortable, the space was clean and had everything you could think of. I normally travel with extras but only needed my laundry pods. The view was spectacular. The water was so beautiful this stay! We used the amenities including the beach chairs. I was happy to see groundskeeper Sandy as she was a joy on our last visit.I would definitely stay again if they will have us! As the sign says in the master bath “ if you’re lucky enough to be at the beach, you’re lucky enough”

Panama City Beach Vacation

The condo was perfect—clean, well-stocked, and with a wonderful parking spot! The property is well-kept, and everything worked great. The two pools and hot tub were awesome. Fast, clean elevators made our stay even better. The location was great for us as well.

Thanks for the great review Christy! I always forget to mention how efficient the elevators are at Emerald Isle but they truly are fast. I understand some of the other condo complexes have a real problem so I’m thankful that at Emerald Isle, ours are good! Please keep our place in mind the next time you want a relaxing time at the beach. I’d love to have you and your friends back with us. Thanks again for your business. Janet

First time renting from this owner, but this is the condo complex we always stay at. The unit we stayed in this trip was all that it was advertised to be, meaning everything was well laid out, clean, and the view from the balcony was excellent. Had no issues and the owner responded promptly to all text messages.
