Exactly as advertised

Great location, great use of space within the cottage. Everything was extremely clean and up to date amenities. 30 second walk to the beach is being humble. I’ve been plenty of places that they exaggerate the location, or hide the flaws, this is not one of those places.

Quick beach access

Stayed here for a girls vacay. Loved the easy beach access being a super short walk around the dunes. Unit was clean and comfortable. JR made sure we had everything we needed.

Great property, great location

Amazing 2 bedroom property walking distance from numerous restaurants and shops in the heart of Clearwater Beach. The beach is just down a short path. Cute little pool and sitting area. I will be staying here again. Highly recommend, just not when I want to stay here!

The property was comfortable, well arranged and wonderfully located. However, the matter of the rather large stepover to enter the premises was not addressed prior to our date of rental although there was a posting regarding this on the wall of the kitchen area (TOO LATE!). I'm an adult and take responsibility for my own clumsiness, but if I had been warned about the entrance stepover PRIOR to our arrival, I would have been alert for it and not have fallen over it and badly sprained my left ankle, thereby screwing up the remainder of our stay. I also note that the customary Welcome Book that has been present in all of our prior VRBO rentals (At least 5 before this) was empty except for information regarding future rentals. Such a Welcome book is important to us as guests and persons not acquainted with the area, notably absent in this case. I am sure that careful consideration of the foregoing may be useful to the owner/manager of this property to make it be more appealing and safer. Thank you.
