Recently updated with new queen adjustable beds, renovated kitchen, fully furnished home on canal with amazing sunsets. The perfect escape from cold winters. Enjoy cocktails around the fire pit with friendly neighbors and sunsets from the dock nightly.

A little peace of heaven

the house is clean and well maintained its a pleasure to stay there the new shower is great the yard and location are nice you can't go wrong with this rental

We had a great time. Nikki’s house was impeccably clean and well maintained.

Only downside was that all the local beaches and fishing were all still closed from the recent storms.

Lovely home

Just as before, our stay was wonderful. Recently remodeled bathroom was beautiful! Great hosts that are very considerate of their guests. Couldnt ask for it to be any better. 11/10

Best house ever

The home is beautiful, the dock was a lovely place to sit groceries and shopping very close by.,really nice neighbors and neighborhood. Would stay again

Lovely retreat

Wonderful location if youre looking to relax. Loved the house with all the amenities, the lanai was our favorite feature! Great experience.

The house was really nice, comfortable and charming… we felt we had everything we needed, and it was really a perfect stay … fulfilled all our needs.

My husband Scott and I are full time residents of Bluffton, SC. We love being on the water in SC or FL. We enjoy sharing our FL home with guests who are looking for laid back relaxation and the best sunsets SW FL has to offer.

The neighborhood is quiet & close to the best restuarants in the area.
We love so many great spots in downtown Punta Gorda and have so enjoyed visting places recommended by our guests.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This property has been in our family for over 40 years. Originally purchased by my husbands grandparents when they decided to leave the cold winters of Massachusets in the 1980's and later inhabited by his mom when she retired from Connecticut in 2012. We have meticulously remodeled the property in 2023 & 2024 and continue to make it better. Someday we plan to live there at least part time but for now we love sharing it with our guests and believe it's truly a special place.
