This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome offers luxury coastal living right on Sail Bay, with direct waterfront access and just a short stroll to Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. From every level, you'll enjoy stunning bay views — plus a rooftop retreat perfect for soaking in sunsets, SeaWorld fireworks, and fresh ocean breezes.
The main floor features a bright, open living space with a spacious sectional sofa, large flatscreen TV, and dining area for six. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishware, and modern appliances, making it easy to enjoy meals at home.
Upstairs, the master suite offers a king bed, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower combo. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed with trundle (top bunk for children only) and its own private bath. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping space.
Your private rooftop patio is the crown jewel — complete with lounge seating, BBQ grill, and fire pit for unforgettable evenings with a view.
