-1st bedroom and bathroom (separate) located on the main floor, includes: queen bed, black out blinds, chest of drawers, desk and chair, ceiling fan and SMART tv.
- 2nd bedroom is on the second level with en suite bathroom, includes: queen bed, ceiling fan, chest of drawers and SMART tv.
-Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and amenities (tea kettle, coffee pot, microwave, Ninja blender, toaster + air fryer)
-Dining area for 4
-Fully furnished living room with SMART tv
-Washer/Dryer in unit
- Small fenced in courtyard
-Take a short 5 minute walk to grab a cup of coffee or a bite to eat.
-Beaches are within a 35 minute drive and the Riverwalk is minutes away in Riverside-another fantastic neighborhood! So much to do!

Greetings! Ruth River Properties is owned by Mike & Alicia Meyer. We are a married couple with 3 teenagers including our family mascot, Ruth, the yellow lab! As a family we love to travel all over the world and our number one option for our lodging is always a home. It makes us feel more connected during our down time and allows us to keep meals healthy and budget friendly for a family of 5. We want to pass that same feeling onto you while you are temporarily settled in Jacksonville.

We love the neighborhood because of the cozy cottage like houses, all unique in their own way. Easy access to shops, restaurants and activities. The highways, hospitals and beaches are all within close proximity to the property.
