Unit 6405 - This is a beautiful Gulf Front Unit at Gulf Shores Plantation in the Palms - Unit 6405! The next time you vacation on the Alabama Gulf Coast, relax and escape the crowds at our charming 1 bedroom 1 bath condo that sleeps 6. You will love the Gulf Shores Plantation Resort, where the condo is located. It is a private gated community and located on the Fort Morgan Peninsula right next door to Kiva Dunes Golf Course.

This newly renovated and decorated, condo is located beachfront with a view that is to die for! Enjoy the nicely furnished living room with a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king bed and the unit has 2 built-in bunk beds. You will feel right at home with Wireless Internet, Cable TV, and DVD. The well equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare meals when staying in, including refrigerator, microwave, ice maker and cooking utensils. There is a STARTER supply of paper and soap products.

During your stay, you will enjoy the beautiful grounds and the four thousand feet of private, uncrowded, and unspoiled white sandy beaches. Choose between the outdoor beachside pools or indoor pool. There are 4 Outdoor pools and 1 Indoor Pool on the property for your enjoyment. Stay in shape with a workout in the fitness center or enjoy one of several relaxing Hot Tub. The complex features charcoal BBQ grills, tennis courts, shuffle board, game room, Starbucks coffee and much more.

Attractions include various golf courses, Bellingrath Gardens, 65 landscaped acres in the midst of a 905-acre semi-tropical rain forest. Charters are available nearby for deep sea and in-shore fishing, or you may enjoy a boat trip which allows you to watch the dolphins play. Visit Fort Morgan, offering living history demonstrations and self-guided tours. Take a ride on the Ferry to Mobile and visit the USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park. Take a drive to Pensacola and visit the National Naval Aviation Museum. Looking for a good deal? Check out the large Tanger Shopping Center offering more than 120 factory outlet stores. Take a nature walk in the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge located near the resort. Enjoy local attractions such as The Wharf, ziplines, the zoo, and more. Savor delicious, fresh seafood at numerous, local restaurants. Make a splash at Waterville, USA-a Water Amusement Park sure to thrill kids of all ages! You can also enjoy OWA, the Theme Park for thrills, shopping and dining. There is something for every member of the family!

*Age Requirement: We require the guest who books the reservation to be at least 25 years of age and to be staying in the rented property for the entire length of the rented time period.

**There is a parking/vehicle registration fee of $35 not included in your vacation rental when you book with us. These funds are paid directly to the Association Management where you are staying.

We loved this condo! It was just right for the 3 of us. We loved the decor and the furnishings and the beds were very comfortable. My granddaughter loved the bunks. We had a great view of the pools and the beach. My only suggestion would be to put drapes in the bedroom to block the lights at night.

Awesome place to stay!

This place was great! The condo was spacious for the 3 of us, and it had a great view of the pool and the beach. It was recently renovated so the pictures have not been updated. The check in process was quick and easy, the condo itself was well maintained and clean. The pool was clean and fun for all ages. The beach was the highlight of the trip. The location also felt very secure since there's security 24/7. We would definitely be back! Highly recommend this place.

Nice Family Vacation

We really enjoyed the condo and the amenities of the property. The weather on a couple of days was not ideal for the beach and the indoor pool was great for our kids. The condo was mostly clean on our arrival. The only complaint was the floors needed to be cleaned in between renters, not just vacuumed as our crawling toddler ended up with some black feet from the floors, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The in-condo washer/dryer was a huge plus for us. We had one maintenance issue that was resolved with 2 calls to the owner. The door lock keypad sticks and took us several tries to open using the code, but again not a huge deal. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will plan on coming back.

Great condo!

This condo was perfect for what we were looking for! Not a far walk to the beach and all amenities were nice. Only complaint was there was a little bit of mold surrounding the bathroom vent and on the doorframe. Overall a great condo and would stay again!

Beach bliss

The condo was great. The property has a lot to offer as well. The best thing was the beach access as well as the multiple pools that my sons could enjoy. The one thing I would say is that the property is a little ways out from most of the attractions of gulf shores(which we wanted). Just be sure to stock up on supplies before. There is a small market/deli and seafood market within 5 miles of the property. Also the restaurant on the property was great! Overall a great place for anyone!
