Nestled on a quiet street in the beautiful historic Old Las Palmas neighborhood, only minutes from the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, downtown Palm Springs, 10 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park.

Cool House

The minute we opened the door we felt thrilled to see this beautiful home. The decor, new kitchen, comfortable beds, well-stocked bathrooms and kitchen made us feel like we scored on this rental. The back yard was huge with lovely landscaping all set against the famous mountains. Neighborhood walks were impressive in this upscale location. We enjoyed walking to Spencer’s and the shops. Best place we’ve ever stayed in Palm Springs, owners provided excellent information and communication

Perfect House in the Perfect Location

We had a great stay on a girls trip over Presidents Day weekend. The house has a fun retro vibe with everything you need. We enjoyed morning walks through the lovely and quiet neighborhood, yet we were just one block from the main street with shopping and restaurants at night. Communication for check in and check out was easy. Highly recommend!!

Perfect for a Girls' Weekend to Remember

There is no better place to spend a few relaxing days in the desert with friends. Our favorite part of the stay was the spacious hot tub (easily seats 7) in the beautifully manicured backyard with a breathtaking view of the palm trees and mountains. Needless to say, we spent a large amount of our time in the bubbles enjoying the scenery, perfect for a winter stay. The kitchen is not only modernly designed to perfection but is equipped with everything you need to stay in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner if you choose. Its open design is perfect for gathering around the island with friends while catching up and preparing food or snacking. You'll find the bedrooms contain the perfect amount of retro Palm Springs flare and have the coziest beds and linens. I slept like a queen each night. The home is in the heart of downtown. The restaurants and casino we visited were within walking distance which added another element of convenience to our trip. I cannot say enough complimentary things about this home. You can tell it is taken care of with love. I will be back!

Highly recommended!

This property is beautiful. The house layout is wide open with a fun mid-century modern feel to it. The kitchen is large and works as a gathering point for your group and while simultaneously leaving plenty of room to prepare meals/drinks. The pool gets a healthy mix of sun and shade with spectacular Mountain views. Would definitely return to this location and highly recommended!

Great location!

This property happened to be available for our last-minute trip to PS, and the neighborhood is perfect if you're looking for some peace and quiet but also want to be within walking distance to downtown PS. There is some nearby helicopter activity (hospital-related?) but it wasn't an issue. House was clean and decorated nicely, kitchen and appliances are great. One of the A/C units wasn't working, but the host responded quickly and had his technician come to fix it within the hour! For safety purposes, confirm with the host that the door code was changed for your booking.

Great Location!!

We really enjoyed this property and would definitely stay here again. The space was very open and comfortable. We liked the pool and backyard. We hit golf balls off the back patio, plenty of room for outdoor games. The large yard made it feel very private.

Palm Springs Perfect

Great location and space for a family gathering in one of the most iconic Palm Springs neighborhoods. One of the best stocked kitchens we’ve ever had, so we cooked in every night- great communication with the owner and would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Great location in a prestigious neighborhood

The location is the main reason to rent this property. It is convenient to the main strip without being so close that it's noisy. It's also in one of the best neighborhoods in the city so it's ideal if you're a walker. The house itself is fine. We rented it for a month and for what we paid for it we'd consider it a good value. However, when we looked at the same property for the same period next year we see that the price has increased by about 50%, which brings it into competition with much nicer homes. The house has a newer kitchen but not much else has been touched except for some cleaning up. The pool is not heated and the property, while very large, isn't well landscaped. In fact, it's a bit of a lawn furniture graveyard. Great views of the mountains! And the property is nice and quiet--there is only one other home on the block. Something else worth noting is the camera mounted on the back of the house facing the pool. We found that a little unnerving so we covered it shortly after we arrived with no complaint from the owner. While we understand the need for security, we also felt the need to balance it with the need for privacy.

Bachelorette weekend

We enjoyed this girls trip so much!! The house was perfect! Beautiful mid century modern furnishings and well apointed kitchen. It had everything we needed and then some. The beds were so comfortable. We spent the day enjoying the pool and soaking up the sun; then went out on the town. The location was great, being so close to everywhere we wanted to go.
