Knutson & Associates proudly welcomes you to beautiful Kona Mansions #D124: a spacious and highly sought-after ground-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental in the heart of Kailua-Kona. One of only a very limited number of true first-floor 2-bedroom/2-bath units in the complex, this condo offers the rare convenience of easy walk-in access with only a couple of small steps to enter. No long stair climbs, no elevators, and easy loading for beach gear, groceries, or luggage.
Inside, you ’ll find an inviting island retreat featuring tile flooring throughout, crown molding, granite countertops, and a bright open-concept layout designed for comfort and relaxation. The living room opens to a charming Juliet lanai overlooking lush tropical landscaping, while the spacious primary suite features its own private lanai large enough for outdoor seating and peaceful morning coffee surrounded by beautiful garden views and swaying palms. The setting feels surprisingly private and tranquil while still being moments from all the action of downtown Kona.
The fully equipped kitchen features a gas range: a rare and excellent feature for guests who truly enjoy cooking at home. The living room includes a large wall AC unit to help cool the main living space, along with fast Wi-Fi, cable TV, and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day of adventure.
The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom features a queen bed. A sleeper sofa in the living room allows accommodations for up to 6 guests comfortably. Both bathrooms feature walk-in showers, and the primary bathroom also includes a bathtub for soaking and unwinding after long beach days.
Additional conveniences include a full-sized washer and dryer in the condo for guest use.
Location is one of the biggest highlights of Kona Mansions. Centrally positioned with easy access via Walua Road and Kuakini Highway, you can avoid much of the daily Ali‘i Drive traffic while still being incredibly close to town, beaches, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. It’s the perfect “basecamp” for guests looking to explore the entire Kona Coast during the day and still enjoy evenings within walking distance of town.
Approximately a 5-minute walk to Honl's Beach for sunsets, swimming, and boogie boarding
Approximately an 8-minute walk to Island Lava Java and many additional restaurants, bars, and shops along Ali‘i Drive

When available, reserving both condos together creates an outstanding opportunity for larger groups seeking two separate 2-bedroom accommodations within the same building while still maintaining privacy and flexibility.
