ドルフィンコーブはケープサンブラスの人里離れた地域の湾に位置する3ベッドルーム、2バスのシングルファミリーホームです。
広いオープンフロアプランのリビングルームに���、ソファーベッド、ソファ、薄型���レビが備わっています。 ダイニングエリアには4席のテーブルがあり、カウンターには追加の席のためのバースツールがあります。
キッチンには、休暇中に必要と思われるものがすべて揃っています。 電子レンジ、ブレンダー、コーヒーメーカー、食器類、食器/銀器、調理器具、調理器具、ガラス製品、その他さまざまなものが揃っています。 食器用洗剤、食器洗い機用洗剤、ハンドソープ、ゴミ袋���トイレットペーパー、ペーパータオルをスターターで用意しています。

We enjoyed our stay and the house was very nice and clean. We loved the screened-in porch and the beach view. The beach is a short walk from the house. To watch the sunset we would drive to the rocks / stump hole. Sun-rise can be seen from the Bay. There’s a book in the house with lots of helpful information regarding restaurants and things to do. We rented bikes and those were enjoyable as well.

Wonderful Home. Clean and everything worked. Great downstairs area for all your cars and beach stuff. Outside shower! Good location although 150 yds from the beach. Only thing we dislike and you need to note: cars can drive on this beach and beach is very narrow! This was a big concern for us with kids! We did not like that and it was not described in the listing.

Quiet old FL beach house - great to unwind

Located in a rustic subdivision, the one-story house on piers is gulf front right behind the dunes, and you can see the Gulf over them. Large quiet-ish beach, easy walk to restricted nature area. The home has a nice screened-in deck. Near the wet lowland, so bring DEET bug spray for no-see-ums and mosquitoes. Didn't bother us. That's old Florida for a couple of months per year.

Loved the property, and the layout of the house. My only complaints are that the WiFi did not work very well, and the grill didn’t work, it needed new burners.

Lives up to the advertised

Clean, modern, nicely decorated, listen to waves and wind from screened porch. Easy walk to beach. Great for large families with plenty of room.

Everything about the location and property was wonderful. Great location and great accommodations. The only thing was that one of the rooms was different than I was expecting from the picture. The picture shows a full bed and a double futon and it was a full bed and twin bed. Other than everything was perfect.

Family vacation at Cape San Blas

We had a nice family vacation in Cape San Blas at the end of June. My wife and I drove down from Colorado for two weeks. Family joined us for the first week, for a total of five adults and two grandkids. The property was a good fit. One of the grandkids likes to sleep with mom and dad, so they had the second king room and our single daughter shared the third bedroom with her other neice. Note: the pictures show a futon in the master and two twins in the third room. The summary on the listing says the third room has a queen and a twin - that's correct, the pictures need to be updated. The living space was great. We had plenty of room to hang out in the living area, and the screen porch was nice also. Kitchen was probably one of the best stocked we've stayed at in a while in terms of cookware, utensils, etc. Everything worked great. Walk to the beach was nice and convenient. It was SO uncrowded. The nearest people to us were probably 20-30 yards away. No wait for an elevator. No noisy people just 3 feet away. That part was great. The downside was that the water from the Apalachicola River carries a lot of silt and conditions were such that it was carried over to Cape San Blas. That made the water a nasty brown the whole time we were there. We liked touring the Cape San Blas lighthouse in Port St Joe. I walked to the original site and the old foundations are pretty cool. We enjoyed our brief stay. Could easily see it being perfect for snow birds too!

Great vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Cove very much The house was just the right size for our group. I was very glad we rented a wagon to take our things to the beach as it is a little bit of a walk.

Quiet, beautiful, relaxing and private

This was a spring break week with three 15 year old's and a 19 year old joining my wife and me + our golden doodle. I really couldn't ask for more and we are pretty picky. Great house with privacy (only 1 neighbor on the side with the other side an large,open lot). Litttle back yard with mostly fenced or contained area for us to play and the dog. Easy access to the beach. The outdoor shower and hose was wonderful. The road isn't paved so you might get a little dusty. We saw frogs, lizards, an otter, dolphins and many different birds. Stay there unless it conflicts with my next visit. :)

Great home for a family setting with great porch and open concept!

We really enjoyed our time spent within the home. Lots of lounging areas between the screened porch, living room and dining room/island. Enjoyed quick walk down to beach to enjoy the morning sunrises!
