-This Furnished 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms comes with 3 Full Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 3 Twin Beds and 2 sofa beds.
Includes Wi-Fi, TV, fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, AC unit, on-site laundry facility, linens, towels, sheets, etc. (Check the Amenities section, however, if you are looking for a specific amenity that is not already addressed, please feel free to ask me!)
Parking: ONLY ONE Standard Size Parking Space! Assigned parking is provided to each guest. If you need additional spaces, there is free, public parking available on the street adjacent to the building. Watch out for street signs as parking is your responsibility.
Great for short or long-term stays. This is a peaceful non-smoking building.
Guest access: We do not pass around keys for your safety. An email will be sent from eRentalLock with a randomly generated combination code to access your place.
Interaction with guests: I like to give guests privacy during their stay, but my team is only a phone call away for any needs you may have during your stay. The property manager's phone number can be found in your confirmation email.
-Other things to note:
*Please note the pet fee is $200.
*I do not provide any food perishables, pantry items, soaps...etc., in order to avoid guest-to-guest contamination. (Read House Rules)
