Family friendly Lake House on Lake Atkins! Now offering guided fishing

The Lake House isn’t just for fisherman! Although, it is lake front on an exceptional bass and crappie lake! While there isn’t a dock or boat launch area in the back yard just yet, the nearest boat launch is only a quarter of a mile away! We can also set you up with a guided fishing trip! Message us for more info!

The Lake House has room enough for families sleeping 7 comfortably and offering space for hanging out and relaxing. Its central location also offers several other options for day trips.

There are three state parks in the area.
Petit Jean State Park …. 39 miles
Lake Dardanelle State Park …. 23 miles
Mount Nebo State Park …. 24 miles

It’s only a short drive into town where you will find dining options, grocery shopping, and a coffee shop.
Jose’s International Cafe is a local favorite offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
El Parian, McDonalds, Mid-Town Coffee, and Sonic are also located in town as well as a Cash Savers and Dollar General for any supplies or groceries you may need.
If you’re looking for something a little more up scale then you can hop on I-40 and head west about 10 miles into Russellville. You will find shopping and lots of great restaurants there. Pasta Grill is a favorite of ours!
You can also stay in and enjoy a home cooked meal in the fully furnished kitchen or grill up a steak on the charcoal grill.

The Lake House has 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with en suite bathroom which includes a custom shower.

The second bedroom has a king size bed and shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom. This bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

The third bed room has bunk beds. There are three beds in this room. A full size bed and two twin beds on top.

The spacious living area is open to the kitchen area and includes a gas fireplace. The large windows offer views of the lake from the living area and bedrooms one and two.
