Welcome to Hamilton Cove Villa 10-70

Perfect for two couples or a small family, this generously sized two-bedroom villa is plush and comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The open living room has plenty of seating, large flat screen TV, and incredible ocean views from every room in the unit.

Open the French doors and sit on the patio furniture while you bask in the ocean views from the balcony. Or sit inside at the dining table after making a meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

The primary bedroom has a King bed and a second flat screen TV and direct access to balcony. Great for anyone that wants to get away from a busy lifestyle, this quaint condo also offers a spacious layout. Primary bathroom offers a shower and tub.

Second bedroom offers a King size bed, flat screen TV and ocean views. The second bathroom in the hallway offers a double sink and shower.

This comfortable condo is just a few steps from the clubhouse, pool and fitness center. Come relax and enjoy! Complimentary golf cart for those who wish to explore Avalon.

There is no air conditioning available for this property.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2-night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3-night minimum July & August).

Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.

Great place. Great views. Would've given 5 stars if the golf cart was in better condition. I had 2 other groups of family at the cove as well and my cart was nothing like theirs. We all had pretty much the same exact rooms, but I paid the most for mine. My cart had horrible steering and ripped seats. You could tell it's been around awhile. Reminded me of driving at Autopia at Disneyland lol. Other than that, place was clean and it was very quiet. I'd stay again if they updated the cart. That was one of the main reasons I choose this room to begin with.

Don’t rent if you’re looking to sleep 6 ppl, unless 2 ppl love sleeping on an air mattress with a giant hole in it. Also, if you love old food under your bed and ants everywhere this is the place for you. Everything was filthy. Owner never responded on app. Maintenance ppl dropped 9ff a can of raid at the door.

The location, property, views and amenities were outstanding! Having a golf cart to drive into town each day was a bonus! The property manager was always available for questions. We did share that they are missing several items in the kitchen which they said they would replace ASAP.

The location was amazing. We have stayed at @ 15 different Hamilton properties over the last 20 years, and they are all very nice.The issues we had were: needs a new toaster, as the one in unit is broken, also both shower heads need to be replaced...old and moldy and not much power. Again the property was very nice, but in my opinion it was overpriced. Would not rent this place again just due to price. But the location was great...

Catalina Ocean Front

The home is beautiful, with amazing ocean view and waves crashing over the rocks beneath you. We watched the sea life while sitting on the balcony. The beds are comfortable. Plenty of room for sitting in the family and dining areas. GREAT flat screen TVs. The golf cart worked well and seated 4 of us. Enjoyed hiking, swimming, dining, and Two Harbors for a Biathlon. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Lovely setting

Condo is easily accessed in a condo complex that is on a steep hillside. Right over the beach as advertised and quiet but able to fall asleep to the sound of waves quietly lapping on the shore. Really comfortable beds and room for two couples to enjoy. Just the couch needs updating, but otherwise very enjoyable!
