Excellent Beach House

The house was wonderful. Spacious and modern. Great decks and parking. Convenient 5 min walk to beach and easy drive to Biddeford and Kennebunkport restaurants and shopping. The owner is very responsive to any inquiries. Would definitely recommend renting this property.

A quiet oasis

We love the area and the house. Everything you need for a perfect beach vacation is at the house. It’s great for kids with a large lawn to run around and for adults too (we played bocce)! The front porch is very relaxing and a great place to have your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Already looking forward to renting again next year!

Perfect spot for three generations of our family

We had a wonderful stay. The listing was accurate in all respects. The house was clean and well maintained. We had no occasion to request anything from the owners during our stay, but based on the communications we had with the owners before we arrived, I'm sure we'd have received immediate attention. I'd definitely recommend this house to friends and relatives. We had a group of seven family members... parents, grown children, and young grandchildren. Everyone was pleased with the house. We settled in and felt at home almost immediately.

Excellent rental close to the ocean in southern Maine

This was an excellent rental for our family. The house was very clean and well maintained. Communication with the owner was very good, he was very attentive to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this rental. Good access to the beach nearby.
