Great spot so close to the beach. Spacious and very comfortable. Great little community with the friendliest neighbors. A short drive to all the places we like to visit on vacation: Kennebunkport, Ogunquit, South Portland, etc. Loved our stay!

Nice little property - great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Biddeford. The location is absolutely amazing! The host was very communicative and helpful at every turn. The property is priced very well, all thinhs considered.

Spent two wonderful weeks here in late July. Compact accommodations show moderate wear but fully adequate for long stay, especially like remodeled bathroom & washer/dryer combo.

Perfect for a beach getaway

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The house is basicaly on the beach. Very calm and welcoming neighborhood. Everyting we needed was in the house and the hosts were helpfull.

Peaceful

Loved this place. Spacious and feet from the beach. It had all the amenities I was looking for and a beautiful location. This was a rare find and would definitely stay again.

College drop off

We stayed here for a few days before dropping our daughter off at college. It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy family time. The neighbors were super nice and helpful with recommendations.

Fabulous Location

We chose this property because of the fabulous location and it didn't disappoint! We loved being steps to the beach and a short drive to neighboring towns. The unit was comfortable; as others have mentioned, there were some areas that could use some TLC, but we would totally book again. The neighbors were friendly taking time to chat and provide wonderful recommendations; the owner, Neil, was great--very responsive; and we simply loved the area.

Beach Getaway

We enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. There were max four people on some days and we had plenty of space comfortably. The shower was amazing! It was more than we expected and suggest it to anyone. The beach is just a few steps away and is more private than not. Beautiful scenery and wonderful neighbors. 👍

Summer Beach Vacation

We had a week in this very roomy comfortable condo with all the amenities in this wonderful quiet neighborhood. Long walks on the beach at low tide were very enjoyable. We had the the ability to walk to the nearby island and take a long walk in the shallow low tide waters also at low tide. It is amazing to see how much water comes back in at high tide! So close to Old Orchard Beach but feels like a whole different world in Biddeford Pool!

Nearby water

Overall nice place to stay, near water. Only has one bed, was under assumption it slept 4 meaning it’d have another bed and not counting pull out couch.. One ac isn’t enough to cool down the place, noticed a lot of spiders in corners and shower as well..

Disappointed

Place run down and had musty smell. Nice bathroom and new towels but broken towel racks so no place to hang wet towels. Bed was uncomfortable. Nice location but would not return.

Thanks for bringing to my attention, things get broken over the course of the season. Not sure what electronics were the issue on sleeping. I’ve gotten pretty good comments on the comfort of the bed. I base my price on location and condition of the unit and we are one of the lowest prices per night in the area. We’ve had a great rental season and everyone has loved being on the beach. Sorry your experience was not great, enjoy the rest of the year.

This is a one bedroom first floor apartment in a large old beach house.You are a short bare foot walk through a sandy parking lane to the beach. Very convenient. The apartment is partially upgraded with a totally upgraded modern bathroom with terrific shower. Bedroom has comfortable king bed and has been upgraded. AC in window is noisy but shouldn’t be needed at night if you’ve had it on prior. AC in living room is newer unit and does a good job. Living room has new furniture and large TV. Comfortable. Kitchen has not been upgraded and cabinets are in various states of disrepair but you get used to this so not a big deal considering access to beach. All appliances are newer and work well. Big refrigerator with ice maker. Dining table had only 2 chairs so if you have 4 staying this is not good, but we mentioned this to manager. Grill on deck but no table or chairs to enjoy dinner outside. All in we had a great week. Lots of seafood, beach walks and biking.
