You are just a short drive from restaurants, supermarkets, and local attractions, including Sebring Municipal Golf Course, Children's Museum Of The Highlands, Military Sea Services Museum, Veterans Beach Purple Heart Memorial, Highlands Hammock State Park, Henscratch Farms, Sun 'N Lake Golf Club, and Alan Jay Wildstein Center For The Performing Arts.

When you enter this air-conditioned retreat, you will discover tiled floors throughout and a floor plan that naturally flows from room to room. Make yourself at home and spread out comfortably in the welcoming living room, equipped with an inviting sofa and a smart TV with streaming services. The galley-style kitchen is separated from the living room and boasts all the essentials to prepare culinary masterpieces. Enjoy your breakfast in the bright kitchen nook with a view of the canal. There is an enclosed sunroom offering numerous seating options along with board games and another TV to keep you entertained during your stay. The primary suite is spacious and has views of the canal, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bath.

This retreat also features a back lawn leading to the canal, a beautiful gazebo, a firepit, and a gas grill (inside the garage) that is ideal for summertime barbecues. Additional perks include high-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, children's games, Pack 'n Play, and a booster seat.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighborr policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
