Great location, great communication

This property was lovely! Plenty of space and great proximity to the beach. This property is at the at the very end of fort Morgan, so be prepared that it takes at least 15 minutes to get to the nearest dollar general for supplies. The community is gated, feels very safe and “exclusive.” The only downside is that I was under the assumption that the property was a single family home, not a duplex. Despite that, we could not hear our neighbors whatsoever and the property was very private.

The house was great. Well equipped and accommodated our family well. The beds in the upstairs king needs to be replaced but otherwise everything was wonderful. The communication from the reality company was terrible for check-in. They sent multiple, like five, messages about not to call and they would let me know if the house was ready early. We got there early but followed their rules. The house was ready but we waited at the pool until 4:05 for the go ahead. It would have been nice if they had let us know it was ready, because it was, prior to that. Instead, we minded their advice and left our groceries in the car! Otherwise, a great week!
