Nestled in an ideal location with captivating views, this spacious home is a luxurious retreat. Enjoy generously sized rooms, an ensuite Primary bedroom with jet bathtub, multiple fireplaces and TVs throughout the house, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, and dedicated office space. Step onto the expansive upper deck for breathtaking views and unwind in the large backyard with a wood-burning fire pit. Conveniently located near a community pool, beach access, and trails at Fort Ebey State Park.
This is 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom single family home and is 3218 sqft.
**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: Living room, bedroom with two queen beds, Office, half bath, laundry.
• Second Floor: Second living room with fireplace, formal dinning area with fireplace, breakfast area with table and cozy window seats, kitchen, Primary bedroom with King bed and ensuite bath, two additional bedrooms with queen beds, full bath.

• Kitchen is stocked with high-end kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, basic condiments, keurig and grand coffee & tea
• Big windows with lots of natural light, and breathing taking views of ocean and the Olympic Mountains
• Different levels with own living room and dining tables
• All beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses, linens and a comfortable duvet
• On-site washer and dryer for your laundry needs
• Large deck with spectacular sunset views
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• Community pool: This home is part of the Sierra Country Club community which has a seasonal community pool. Pool usually opens around Memorial Day (~ end May) and closes around Labor Day (~ early Sep). There will be a $5/person charge at the door for each use of the pool.
• Cellphone signal can be spotty. You might want to enable Wi-Fi calling/texting if your carrier allows.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but dogs only. Kindly refrain from allowing your dogs on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your dogs.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
