We were there for my son's wedding. The location to the venue was perfect. We were lucky to find a pet friendly house. It was very clean and had a lot of room for our family. The host was very responsive to questions and very accommodating. Thank you for everything

This home had everything our family needed - the comfort of home and plenty of space for everyone to hang out and relax when we were there. We were in the area for a wedding, and this was home a perfect location. Cute town! Friendly people!

The house was excellent. We had five adults and there was plenty of room. The house was clean and had plenty of linens for us. The neighborhood was great and everything was close by.

Mostly Accurate

The home a perfect fit for our family except for three points:1. The master bathroom was not cleaned as a used towel was on the sink and shower and toilet not cleaned. 2. The listing stated 3 bathrooms and there were only 2!3. There was delay in responses with the manager of the property as well as no money off for the uncleanliness of bathroom and the inaccurate listing. With that being said, the home had many pluses and helped make our son's wedding a joyous event!

Fraternity Weekend in Quad Cities

Overall it was a great weekend and the house was set up perfect for our 6 guys. Quiet neighborhood and close to most activities. I would give it a 5 star rating only that there is some remodeling still going on. Once that's complete, it would be a 5 star. Host and everything else in the process was 5 star.

Dance competition weekend in Davenport

We had a great stay! The house was cute and the beds were excellent! We had 4 mother/daughter couples stay. Everything was well kept! Would definitely recommend or stay again!

Birthday Weekend

We are originally from the Quad Cities and now live in Minnesota. We were going to be in town for my father in law’s 90th birthday and needed space for our large family (8 adults and 4 kids under 6) & I didn’t want separate hotel rooms. This house worked out very well! Very kid friendly- we appreciated the child locks on the door handles! Plenty of bedrooms and lots of space to hang out. Also a nice little park/playground within walking distance! Would stay here again if our whole family is coming down to the Quad Cities!

Perfect for volleyball team playing in tournament near by

This home was perfect for our volleyball team to stay together. The house was just as described. It was clean but seemed like it had not been stayed in for a while, so a once over cleaning would have been nice (just several dead flies, other bugs) other than that it was a very nice place.

Great spot in Eldridge

Great spot for families. Just around the corner from a neighborhood playground, couple blocks to Hyvee & Twists (ice cream), and 15-20 minutes from Scott County Park pool with slides & other attractions. They were great about sharing recommendations even before we got here so we could plan ahead. House itself is big enough to accommodate separate hang out spots for kids & parents. Clean & things look like the advertised pictures.

Fabulous Family Home

We--a group of 6 adults and 3 teens--very much enjoyed our time at this fabulous family home. Everyone had a comfortable bed and the multiple bathrooms were great. We enjoyed having three different living spaces to visit in and our dog enjoyed the big fenced-in backyard. Close to everything in the QC. The check-in and out process was easy and good communication.

Great Facility!

This home is tastefully finished and incredibly clean. Many surfaces were installed with the idea the home would have a great deal of traffic and are protected. There were several seating areas that provided ample opportunity to sit in small groups or have some alone time. There are 6 or 8 card table chairs available that enabled our group of 10 to work around the dining room table. The card table chairs also provided seating for the deck. The homeowners provide cabinet locks - don't make the same mistake my kids did and assume those cabinets aren't accessible (although I was proud they respected boundaries). Those cabinets had the pans inside that we had already gone to the local Dollar General to purchase in order to cook breakfast. Once we located the pans behind the locks, the kitchen was very well-stocked. Very nice neighborhood and ample driveway parking. The only things we could have used were a grill and outside chairs. The deck is very nice, and the card table chairs worked ok. I also understand a grill is probably an insurance nightmare, but if you plan to do any grilling while staying, you should pack a portable unit and pack your lawn chairs. However, you can do just fine without either. The homeowners were very responsive when we had an issue with our travel to Eldridge and worked really well with us for our timing to work. Thanks for offering a great place!
