This home had everything our family needed - the comfort of home and plenty of space for everyone to hang out and relax when we were there. We were in the area for a wedding, and this was home a perfect location. Cute town! Friendly people!

The house was excellent. We had five adults and there was plenty of room. The house was clean and had plenty of linens for us. The neighborhood was great and everything was close by.

Dance competition weekend in Davenport

We had a great stay! The house was cute and the beds were excellent! We had 4 mother/daughter couples stay. Everything was well kept! Would definitely recommend or stay again!

Perfect for a family visit

This home was ideal for our family, all adults. The home was clean and well-appointed and provided the perfect amount of space for togetherness....and separated-ness. lol

Listing shows three showers/tub and there are only two. Poor lighting throughout, no exhaust fan in bathrooms with showers, family room rug was not skid-proof, no railing for basement (open stair), no smoke alarms/carbon monoxide detectors.

Fraternity Weekend in Quad Cities

Overall it was a great weekend and the house was set up perfect for our 6 guys. Quiet neighborhood and close to most activities. I would give it a 5 star rating only that there is some remodeling still going on. Once that's complete, it would be a 5 star. Host and everything else in the process was 5 star.

Perfect for volleyball team playing in tournament near by

This home was perfect for our volleyball team to stay together. The house was just as described. It was clean but seemed like it had not been stayed in for a while, so a once over cleaning would have been nice (just several dead flies, other bugs) other than that it was a very nice place.

Spacious house in neighborhood

The house was large and comfortable. It was easy to find and enter and the communication with the host was great. Good breakfast at Tasty Diner nearby.

Birthday Weekend

We are originally from the Quad Cities and now live in Minnesota. We were going to be in town for my father in law’s 90th birthday and needed space for our large family (8 adults and 4 kids under 6) & I didn’t want separate hotel rooms. This house worked out very well! Very kid friendly- we appreciated the child locks on the door handles! Plenty of bedrooms and lots of space to hang out. Also a nice little park/playground within walking distance! Would stay here again if our whole family is coming down to the Quad Cities!

Nice house in a quiet and friendly neighborhood.

Well represented online the house was just what we expected and was perfect for our trip. Areas for us all to gather, but yet could all have plenty of different areas to sleep. Loved the location with many attractions to take in with just a short drive. People in the town were friendly and gave us great advice for places to get awesome meals and local attractions to see!

Fabulous Family Home

We--a group of 6 adults and 3 teens--very much enjoyed our time at this fabulous family home. Everyone had a comfortable bed and the multiple bathrooms were great. We enjoyed having three different living spaces to visit in and our dog enjoyed the big fenced-in backyard. Close to everything in the QC. The check-in and out process was easy and good communication.

Great spot in Eldridge

Great spot for families. Just around the corner from a neighborhood playground, couple blocks to Hyvee & Twists (ice cream), and 15-20 minutes from Scott County Park pool with slides & other attractions. They were great about sharing recommendations even before we got here so we could plan ahead. House itself is big enough to accommodate separate hang out spots for kids & parents. Clean & things look like the advertised pictures.

Mostly Accurate

The home a perfect fit for our family except for three points:1. The master bathroom was not cleaned as a used towel was on the sink and shower and toilet not cleaned. 2. The listing stated 3 bathrooms and there were only 2!3. There was delay in responses with the manager of the property as well as no money off for the uncleanliness of bathroom and the inaccurate listing. With that being said, the home had many pluses and helped make our son's wedding a joyous event!

Large Family Gatherings!

This property went beyond my expectations. We had family from CA, TX, ND, and FL all meet up in IA for a family Celebration of Life. 9 adults total, and with three separate gathering areas, plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was very adequate for our cooking/baking needs. Although we had no small children, we did notice the nice-sized room with plenty of baby items. A small issue when my mother (83 years old) was the first to arrive at the property, she didn't fully understand how to unlock the front door with the code. I contacted the property owners and they were very quick to respond to me and remotely unlocked the door for her. I then walked her through the instructions on how to do it herself the next time. She did fine after that. I have always stayed in hotels, never in an Air B&B or VRBO, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I had many questions before our stay and everything was answered promptly. I know our gathering would not have been near as eventful and satisfying if we had all been staying in separate hotel rooms. This was the absolutely perfect place for us!
