Take in a stunning sunset at the ocean or overlooking the bay - all just a short walk from this beautifully renovated 1920s Spanish style charmer . Enjoy a glass of wine or cocktail from our inviting rooftop deck complete with comfortable outdoor furnishings, a large umbrella and fire pit. Relax while reading a book with a latte either inside or outside in the modern, well curated upper unit of our duplex. Lastly, enjoy this breathtaking beach oasis while also embracing all that city life has to offer. Ten to twelve minutes from LB Airport and twenty-five minutes from OC Airport. Thirty five to forty minutes to LAX.

Great stay

We had a great time at this 2 bedroom charmer. Great neighborhood, walking distance to great restaurants & beach. Super clean and had everything we needed and more. Susan was responsive and greeted us when we got there to show us around. Luved the rooftop patio too.

Wonderful Belmont Shores home.

The house was wonderful. Had everything we needed for our stay. The back rooftop patio was such a great place to hang out. Bathrooms were great along with the location to 2nd street for the shops and restaurants along with the beach just a short walk. Definitely will stay here again if available.

TERRIFIC!

We lived in Belmont Shores before and after the turn of the century and loved it. There are precious few places in socal where one can easily walk to a bank, great restaurant of every variety, post office, hardware, liquor store, bakery, gourmet café, pharmacy; everything within a few short blocks. And all perpetually bathed by the biggest air conditioner on the planet. The apartment is on a quiet street, and very well appointed. Very light, tastefully decorated, spacious. Just perfect!

clean and relaxing beautiful and functional

We were in the Long Beach area with our 3.5 and 5.5 year old. We needed a place with two bathrooms and a well functioning washing machine and well stocked kitchen and quick access to the outdoors for restless kids. This property was all of that and also had a nice downstairs neighbour who kept us abreast of the important things like street cleaning. The only thing that was odd was that many of the spaces were quite narrow but that is more a function of being in Belmont Shore where houses are right next to each other - the rooms themselves were spacious. it was a 5 minute walk down to one beach and 10 minutes to the other. Good food and coffee walking distance and grocery stores a quick drive

Wonderful Getaway!

Both my wife and I had a wonderful week experience at this cozy place. Everything was great! Wonderful outside deck with furniture, as well as all decorative interior furnishings made it feel like home. Everything about our stay was wonderful . The neighborhood was very nice also, with walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping and eateries . There was no down side to our experience! We highly recommend this place for your next getaway
