Great vacation spot in the heart of Nokomis. Located 3 blocks from beautiful Nokomis Beach / Casey Key.
Tons of fabulous restaurants & shopping within walking, biking or short car ride distance.
Interior features newly renovated (2) Bedroom, (2) bath (master has full size bed with en suite, shower/ b- tub, huge walk-in closet. Guest bedroom has (2) twin size beds & a large walk-in closet). Brand new kitchen, new appliances including dishwasher, microwave & coffee maker. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans all supplied. Florida room offers dining table, sofa/sleeper for extra guests. Huge fenced in Backyard offers BBQ & seating area to enjoy our beautiful weather or stargazing. Guest bath off of Living room offers shower/ bathtub as well. House has AC & heat.
There are TV's in every room. Free WIFI included with stay. We are a doggie friendly home and welcome our four-legged friends. We only ask that you clean up after your dog if they go pottie in the backyard or when walked.

This is a quiet reserved neighborhood with many fulltime residents. It's a safe and family-oriented community. We are only a few blocks from beautiful Nokomis/Casey key beach with the inlet for BBq's, picknicks, fishing and boating.
