The perfect choice for a coastal getaway, this oasis boasts an unbeatable location just a short walk from the beach, pier, and boardwalk. It also offers a prime vantage point for watching the annual Blue Angels Air Show in July. You’ll also find Jolly Sailing & Dolphin Cruises under a mile away for sailing excursions on the Gulf and dolphin spotting.

Inside the gated property, you'll be able to indulge in added outdoor leisure with features including a large outdoor pool and a sandy, bay-side beach area. There’s even a fitness area for those looking to sneak in a quick workout!

Inviting tropical decor accents the space, setting a relaxing tone for your stay, and the condo comes fully furnished with all the updated comforts of home. Gorgeous counters, cabinets, and stainless steel appliances are sure to inspire homemade creations in the kitchen. Plush armchairs and a sofa are ready to welcome you for casual downtime in the living room, and a smart TV is equipped for home entertainment. The private balcony is the perfect perch for everything from morning coffee to sunset cocktails. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, board games, and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: Boat slip #16 and lift available for guest use; can accommodate boats up to 20 feet in length.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent location

Perfect location for Pensacola Beach vacation. Very relaxing and quiet. Beautiful views. Nice to have a quick drive to Fort Pickens to watch Blue Angels practice. We have a great time.

The property was ready on time. Very clean. Close to everything. Water view. We enjoyed it. Has all the amenities you need. Wish we could have stayed longer. Plenty of parking. Most everything was walking distance.

Perfect location

The condo location is perfect! Walking distance to just about everything! This unit was well maintained and the amenities were adequate for our needs. Upon entering the unit it appeared clean. However, I like to be barefoot and noticed within a very short time that the floors were not clean. And, all the beds had plastic mattresses cover. They were very noisy to sleep on and made the bottom sheet slip off the mattress during the night, which was very annoying. I understand the desire to protect the mattress but the do make breathable waterproof mattress covers.

Needed a repair and nobody called or showed up!

Our stay was good, Location and condo is good, but when we first walked into the master bedroom, we noticed the bed had a terrible sag in the middle. We first thought it was just worn out. We sleep on it the first night which was terrible then the next morning got to looking at the underside and the middle supports was missing. Found the supports in the nightstand beside the bed. I tried to install the supports with no success. We called Vacasa talked with them and sent them a picture of the underside. They said someone would be contacting us that day to repair, we stayed 3 more nights, and no one ever called or repaired the bed.

Great location, stunning view - but major issues with the beds

We stayed at this beachfront vacation rental and were immediately impressed by the location – you really can’t get much closer to the ocean. The view from the apartment is breathtaking, and we especially loved spending time on the spacious balcony, watching the waves and enjoying the breeze.The apartment itself offers plenty of space and is located in a very well-maintained building. The neighbors were friendly and respectful, which contributed to the overall pleasant atmosphere. One of the biggest highlights is definitely the super short walk to the beach – just a few steps and you’re there.However, despite all the positives, there were some serious downsides. The bathrooms are outdated and clearly in need of renovation. But the worst part of our stay were the beds. The mattresses were far too soft – we sank in so deeply that it was impossible to find a comfortable sleeping position. Even worse: the mattresses were wrapped in plastic covers. This made a constant crinkling noise with every movement, and caused us to sweat heavily throughout the night. It was, without a doubt, the worst sleep we had during our entire trip through the U.S.To top it off, one of the bed sheets had a large brown stain – something that any cleaning staff should have noticed and taken care of before our arrival.In summary: The location and view are fantastic, and the apartment has great potential. But unless the sleeping situation is improved and the bathrooms get a makeover, we wouldn’t sta

Perfect except for the codes! TOO Many numbers in the codes. The view makes it awesome!

It would be perfect except for the codes! They didn't work at first. We got lucky and got in when someone was going out. The condo was perfect except for that. We were in the 6th floor. The elevators were working. The pictures are true. Very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The view from the Balcony is wonderful. The balcony has chairs and loungers. Location to everything, Sand shaker bar, Alvins Island, beach, restaurants, convienent store. Walmart is 20 minutes away. A lot of businesses are 20 minutes away. Very close. You must bring most everything except dish soap, laundry soap and towels. The ice maker was great. The coffee maker and toaster worked. We did not cook while visiting. Didn't use the pool. Too cold but there will be a next time. There is plenty of parking inside the gate/fence. There is a covered unloading /loading area at the front. That was nice. Overall, we would rent this condo again but do away with the 7-8 digit codes, please.
