South Harbour is 4A is a spectacular end unit condo in South Harbour Condos on Pensacola Beach. This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is perfect for your beach vacation. The master has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and an adjacent fill bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed that has a queen size sleeper and an electric fireplace. This units sleeps a maximum of 6 people. South Harbour is conveniently located in the hub of Pensacola Beach with the Intracoastal to the East, the Gulf of Mexico to the South, and Little Sabine Bay to the west. Walk to many of the local eateries and retail shops, bike your way down the bike path to explore the island from one end to the other or hop on the trolley for a fun island experience. South Harbour is the best place to enjoy the Blue Angels and fireworks year-round. The large dining area opens onto a spacious balcony, perfect for morning coffee, lounging or evening cocktails. You can even see dolphins that frequent the area! And just a short walk to the Gulf, shopping, dining and fishing pier.

Wedding stay

Property was beautiful, the stocking of extra towels, pillows, blankets paper products and all else was phenomenal!! We were greeted when checking in!! Two minute walk to beach and shops and restaurants!! Absolutely would recommend!!

Every Detail Thought Of

We truly enjoyed staying here. The condo is so pretty and its so well equipped. Plus the location is great as there are many restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. The beach is across the street, and I loved the views from every room. Everything was really clean and looks like it was recently renovated. The only improvement I would suggest is the quality of the mattresses since we found them hard.

Great location

Very clean. Great location. Walk across the street to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Grocery stores just a short drive. Beautiful sunsets to enjoy from the balcony.

Beautiful property with amazing views all around! The location is ideal being right across the street from Pensacola Beach and right across from the restaurants and quiet beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

This is the perfect location as it is in the center of p-cola beach. Walking distances to beach, dining and other activities. This is my second stay in this unit and we love it! Always clean and friendly customer service! Thank you Surfside!

Perfect location

Fantastic location. Within walking distance of the Bay and places to eat. Excellent condo. Huge balcony which made mornings and evening hang outs awesome. Lots of little amenities and extras to make it feel like home. Only con was a previous renter had lost the second door fob so it was hard to manage coming and going with a group of adults. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful Stay

The condo was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. If rained most days, so it was lovely to have the large balcony with comfortable furniture to relax when we couldn’t be outdoors. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much.

Perfect

The apartment was perfect. Walking distances to boardwalk, Casino Beach and other activities. We had a great stay even though the weather wasn’t the greatest. The balcony was our favorite room! ❤️ Thank you for helping with the gate so quickly! We would stay at the property again.

Just as described

Only problem we ran into was check in. We didn't drive in from the direction they described so did not communicate well, plus had to be buzzed in by car and foot at the gate so was difficult after an already busy flight. Other than that was perfect. Anything we needed was already provided at the condo plus weeks worth of coffee! Well stocked kitchen very much appreciated when eating in. Best part was dolphin sightings right from the comfortable deck. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Air mattress and tv

Air mattress did not work. Must’ve had a hole in it that it deflated every time we tried to use it and the TV in the living room. The volume would go off after a while and we had to shut the TV off and reboot it to get volume again.

Best condo ever!!!

When you don't know where to stay in Pensacola.. STAY HERE! Here are the top reasons why this condo is the best one we've stayed in: 1. CLEAN! OH MY GOSH! Clean furniture, carpet, floors, counters, appliances, bathrooms, balcony, EVERYWHERE! So incredibly clean!!! 2. BEDS- OH MY GOODNESS! Such great mattresses! Clean! Comfy! Perfectly firm and soft combo! Great quality! 3. BATHROOMS- WOW! So many towels! The cabinets are full of thick-soft towels! They also provide beach/pool towels! 4. KITCHEN- EVERYTHING YOU NEED! All types of glasses, paper cups, paper towels, dish soap, plates, cookware, even coffee K-cups are provided! They also had a huge Sam's cooler bag to take to the beach! The kitchen was so nice! 5. LAUNDRY- The washing machine and dryer were top notch and large! 6. SIZE- This condo is HUGE! The bedrooms are large, with fantastic closets! The closets are full of hangers too! 7. BALCONY- The balcony is big and has such great furniture! We loved sitting out there watching the sunset over the bay and the sailboats! 8. LINENS- SO MANY! There are so many extra pillows and blankets! 9. SECURITY- We had a code to get our vehicle in the fenced property, a code for the entrance to the elevator, and a code to get in our room. 10. MANAGEMENT- They were so easy to communicate with! Very professional, accommodating, and kind! 11. LOCATION- We love the central location! We could WALK to the restaurants, go shopping, go to the pier, go to the beach, everything!

Had a great time for a week in March. Nicely furnished and roomy condo stocked with all the essentials. South Harbour condominiums is in the center of Pensacola Beach ... walk to everything that the island has to offer.
