Be treated every morning to views of the sunrise shining off beautiful Helper Cliff at this Home in Historic Helper Utah. Located across the street from the beautiful Helper city park, City pool and Utah State Eastern Aggies Baseball field. Hiking trails are right out the front door. Historic Downtown Helper is 1/2 a mile away, a short drive or a comfortable walk. The home is newly remodeled and has all amenities. The main bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and an attached full bath, also has a lovely view of the park. The additional bedroom has two twin beds (1 cot available upon request). Full Hallway Bathroom, and laundry room for all your needs. Brand new kitchen in an open layout gives lots of space, for dining and enjoying your company during your stay. In the living area, a large comfortable couch. Pack and play for a little one and a high chair is also available upon request. Private entrance, and fenced yard, along with plenty of on-site parking available, great if you’re bringing your 4x4s, ATVs, or mountain bikes to check out all the nearby places to explore. We can’t wait to welcome you to Helpers Sunrise Peak. (pets allowed with non-refundable pet fee)

This is an outstanding property. It was everything as described, and more. Communication was excellent, the kitchen was well supplied, and the property was immaculately clean.If ever in the area, we would without a doubt, choose to stay there again.

This house has everything you need for a relaxing stay plus it’s in a great location. It was the perfect place to rest after visiting Nine Mile Canyon and downtown Helper. There’s a nice park across the street with a pool though the weather didn’t cooperate for us to use it.

We stayed here for just one night because we had a funeral to attend in town. The hosts were unbelievably kind and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. It made things so much less stressful given the circumstances. The property was easy to find and very clean and inviting. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for us when visiting family from Price, Kenilworth and Helper. The place was very nice and clean. I loved the decor from the local landscapes. Gary was very attentive to our needs when I needed help with electronic lock and the TV. Besides visiting family, we went to see the Little Grand Canyon, the dinosaur footprint, and the Buckhorn Wash Pictograph Panel. We wanted to visit local museums but we ran out of time. We have been to the dinosaur museum in Price and the one by Big John before in past trips and really liked them. My only suggestion would be written instructions of how to lock the front door and a little better instructions on how to use the Apple TV remote. I had no idea the top part of the remote was touch screen so I couldn’t figure out how to move around. Thanks Gary and Char for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back and recommend this place to others.

Perfect little house

Super cute, very clean, easy to find little gem. Our 1/2 way stop from Salt Lake City to Moab. Would definitely stay again.

The central AC was very welcome after traveling in the hot Sun. The place was immaculate and all the details were considered. The park across the street was great for the kids.

The property is very comfortable, newly finished, clean, well stocked and very roomy with a great yard and views. Easy freeway access. The owners are very kind and friendly from the welcome email to checking in to see how the stay is. They live nearby and are available should any need arise. I doubt you will need anything while you are here though. I really enjoyed my stay here. They even accommodated my early AND late check in and out.

This place is wonderful! Beautiful location- amazing views and close to the beautiful, historic downtown. Very clean and fresh- and has everything you need. We highly recommend!

Spotlessly clean, perfectly stocked, good value for money, kind and attentive hosts, well located for a short walk into town for dinner. As good as it gets for a vacation rental.

Gary’s place is perfect for a family in Helper. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Gary and his family were welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
