Great Family Gathering place

We loved the beautiful yard and when it got a little cooler, we enjoyed the spacious sun room. The Wilsons are great hosts. They go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Wonderful Home

The home was perfect for what we planned! Beds were decent, kitchen was fully stocked, yard was beautiful and they even had an outdoor fireplace and provided everything we needed for s'mores!!The hosts were right there if we needed anything.

Will Rent Again!

Lovely cozy home. My daughter and I pretty much used the home to sleep and clean up for festivities with family. We were comfortable and felt safe. The home had a working ice maker which was great and Starbucks coffee was available. Lots of cleaning products were on hand and bathroom amenities if you forgot something. The very cordial owner Dale came by to check on us which was greatly appreciated. A great stay with a lot of thoughtful and considerate niceties were included that made you feel at home

Our second stay

This was our second time staying in this home. Super clean, well stocked, great kitchen appliances, soothing location and relaxing. I would recommend this home without any reservations. It's a family home feeling when you stay there.

Great place

This place was great. Very clean, beds were comfy, kitchen had everything one would need to cook a meal. The outside fire pit area was well made and perfect for nice outdoor activities for kids or adults. Thank you Dorothy for the firewood to use.

This was the perfect place to relax after busy conference days in Price. The home would be a great place to bring my family - friendly, well stocked, and lots of spaces to hang out. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time at this property. This is super close to Carbon Country Club and both Helper and Price. All the amenities were provided, and the air conditioning was great. Would definitely stay again. A+++

Loved our stay!

Such a cozy, spaciousness, clean home! We had a great time! The owners greeted us and were so welcoming. The size of the home allowed our teenagers a little space while still allowing us to all be together. The yard was fabulous. Gorgeous flowers and soft grass. The firepit was perfect for roasting marshmallows and hanging out. Highly recommend!

We are Dorothy and Dale Wilson. We were married in 2001. We have about 19 acres that we graze. We butcher our own meat. We'd love to show you the farm. It's quiet and beautiful place.

We purchased the home from Dale's mother's estate. We wanted to keep it in the family since it is in the middle of the farm. We decided the best way to do this and have a place for family when they visit, is to make it into a vacation rental. We will give you a tour of the farm, when requested. We only have animals from April to early November.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Helper has various activities from The Art's Festival in August, to First Friday's, Saturday Vibes (free bands) and of course the Light Parade (first weekend in December). We are near the 9-mile Canyon, San Rafael Swell, the Wedge, Little Grand Canyon, Dinosaur Museum, Motorcycle Museum, Helper (Train) Museum, Rock Climbing, Hiking, Tons of Trails for ATV's, Scofield and Huntington Lakes.
