With 2 bedrooms including a king bed and bunk bed, a cozy bathtub in the bathroom, and amenities like heating, WiFi, and AC, guests will feel right at home. The fantastic and peaceful atmosphere of this awesome property is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Helper and our cottage has to offer. Lucky you...I bet you thought "well this is reasonably priced place, cheaper then a hotel" That's because it is! Pets are welcome with fee. You have to claim pets on VRBO site.

This Hall-Parlor style house was built in 1903 and is the oldest residential structure still standing in Helper. The masonry work reflects on the incredible craftsmanship of the immigrant Italian masons arriving in Helper during the turn of the century. This listing provides basic accommodations at a very reasonable price point. If you are looking for luxury, look elsewhere.

Wonderfully homey and clean! Full kitchen, comfy bed, and the cutest bath/shower. 1 block walk to downtown Helper. Loved our stay!

Great location downtown. Walking distance Balanced Rock Eatery. Clean, easy communication. Loved the historic value of this property! Would definitely use again anytime we are in the are.

This little house still needs a few things to be comfortable. The interior doors didn’t close properly and the bath faucet needed handles that stayed on. All in all it was okay just needs a little attention.

We stayed here for just one night while passing through on a longer drive, and it was exactly what we needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and easy to access, which made our late arrival stress-free. The bed was comfortable, and everything felt well-kept and ready for guests. Would definitely recommend

Clean, pretty house in an excellent location. Manager was responsive. No dishwasher and dishes were not clean. Back yard included a hot tub but not sufficient room for a dog. Despite window box air conditioners the bedroom was hot and the outdoor temp was not that high. Helper was great.

it was a nice place to stay, they should put the address on the home. that would help. house had a small of smoke, we always travel with a candle which was nice to have. other then that it was clean and nice place to stay. thank you.

Loved the cottage, walkable to river walk , downtown art and coffee, found gems like Helper Hi-Fi Loved all the old gas staions in town refurbished. Great feel ...small town. I'll be back.

Lovely little place that was very clean. The AC worked great and the old town feel was beautiful. I was impressed with how clean the entire house was. I walked around bare foot and didn't even feel dust on my feet. They restored this beautiful house while keeping the old time charm. The only complaint I have is the master bedroom door leading into the bathroom wouldn't open due to an old faulty handle and we had to walk all the way around the house to use the bathroom. In a house this old a few things not working makes sense though. Otherwise it's a beautiful house and a great location in a cute little town.
