Beautiful neighborhood, disappointing apartment
The location is great, but it is the only selling point of this apartment in its current state. The other negative reviews are valid - the place is in desperate need of deep cleaning and repair, starting with the carpets, walls, and living room furniture. Current photos do not show actual furniture present in the living room. The listing also has parking as one of the amenities, however, we were advised to find parking on third-party apps or leave the car in the residential area and pay the ticket. The fridge is still leaking and missing a lightbulb, which I assume is related to the source of the leak. While I think that it was relatively cheaper than other listings in the area, it was sad to see how little effort went into keeping it in a decent state to the point where it felt disrespectful. If you have the money, look somewhere else. If you're on a budget, set your expectations low and be prepared to be disappointed.
