“Penn Cottage” is an extraordinary one of a kind Historical Home & Property! The 1695 home has been magnificently maintained and tastefully updated. The property, obtained by way of King Charles II is beautifully landscaped. You will enjoy the property’s beauty and peacefulness from the lovely patio with fire pit or sitting on the front porch overlooking the gardens and yard. “Penn Cottage” is close to Wynnewood & Ardmore SPTA train stops, many colleges; (Villanova, Haverford, Bryn Mawr, Saint Joes, Univ of Penn, Harcum & more), private schools; (Haverford, Shipley, Merion Mercy, Waldron Mercy & more), museums, Suburban Sq Mall, King of Prussia Mall & more!
The SEPTA stations, Whole Foods, downtown Narberth, Ardmore including “Ardmore Music Hall”,“Suburban Square and its varied stores and boutique shops, restaurants, grocery stores; Trader Joe’s, Wholefoods and the wonderful Farmer’s Market are just minutes away and very walkable.

Family wedding

The house was great with lots of room inside and out. The history is pretty cool. It was a little weird with all the owners stuff in there but that was fine.

Spacious, comfortable home

We stayed here with three families over a weekend for a funeral, and the house provided a comfortable and spacious place for us to gather and support each other. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, as well as common areas where we could spend time together. The home was clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located. It was a great place to stay during a difficult time.
