Waterfront on Woods Pond in Bridgton, in the Sebago Lake Region of Maine! Cozy, wonderfully appointed, contemporary lake house on a large waterfront lot in quiet area. 15-minute walk to large, sandy town beach and a 10-minute drive to quaint downtown Bridgton for shopping and recreational activities. Large, natural wooded lot; clear and level around cottage with slight slope to the waterfront. Low banked frontage with deck at top of bank extending to dock; rocky shoreline but sandy bottom; approximately 1/2' deep on entry at bottom of steps from dock. There are 2 kayaks and 1 canoe provided for your enjoyment! The dock can be used to hold these kayaks/canoe only.

The property description is spot-on—it's a peaceful, well-kept home with a beautiful waterfront location, thoughtfully designed layout, and all the amenities we need for a relaxing stay.The house has always been clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Everything from the kitchen to the outdoor spaces is in great shape, making it easy to settle in and enjoy right away. Krainin and the owner are friendly, responsive, and easy to work with—always making the booking process smooth and stress-free.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to friends or family looking for a quiet retreat. Over the years, we’ve enjoyed kayaking on the pond, relaxing on the deck, and exploring nearby hiking trails. We’ve also found some great local spots to eat—especially in the Bridgton area, which has a nice mix of casual and sit-down options. Some of our local favorites are Beth’s Kitchen Café for breakfast and lunch, Black Horse Tavern for classic comfort food, and Elevation Sushi and Tacos for a fun mix of Japanese and Mexican flavors.Overall, it’s become a special place for us, and we’re already looking forward to next year’s stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary at this wonderful Lakehouse. It had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed fishing, swimming, grilling etc. We enjoyed watching all the activities on the lake and even were graced by an Eagle on the Fourth of July. The fireworks were seen in four different areas of the lake, quite a spectacular event. At night we loved hearing the call of the loons echo over the lake, it was so calming and peaceful. The house is located 15 minutes from town, where there’s plenty of restaurants and grocery amenities.

We enjoyed exploring the nearby hiking trails and visiting charming local towns. The property’s proximity to these amenities made it easy to balance relaxation with exploration.The owners have put a lot of thought into making this rental a welcoming and enjoyable place to stay. Their attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the well-stocked kitchen to the array of water sports equipment.
