Endless Summer Condo: 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom, sleeps 9, with POOL

Located in the heart of Gulf Shores and across the street from the beach. Endless Summer is the perfect spot for your next vacation. The area's natural beauty can be seen at the beach, paddle-boarding on Little Lagoon, or biking on the beautiful trails. Waterville USA, OWA, The Hangout, and Zooland Mini Golf are also great attractions for the kids. Bike rentals, jet skis, parasail rides, banana boat rides, and more can be easily rented for adventure seekers!

Spinnaker Pointe complex has a community pool, is across the street from the beach, and Pier 33 general store is next door. Endless Summer has board games, books, a 65 inch TV and more to enjoy right at the condo.
Cooking utensils and Keurig coffee maker supplied to easily make a pot of coffee or just a single cup are both provided in the well-equipped kitchen.

Endless Summer is the lower level of a duplex located at Spinnaker Pointe development. There are only 10 units in the community. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath space features a large balcony for enjoying morning coffee. The living area features comfortable furnishings including a sectional and recliner. The dining table seats 6 plus room for 4 more at the breakfast bar. The well equipped kitchen has everything that you need to prepare meals for your entire party. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, private master bath with garden tub and walk-in shower and balcony access. Bedroom #2 has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds with a queen-sized on bottom, twin on top. The sectional in the living area has a sleeper sofa. This great condo can sleep up to nine guests. Other features include a washer, dryer and Wi-Fi.
*This condo does not have an elevator so you will navigate one-flight of stairs to access the space.

Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire unit along with the common area amenities such as the outdoor pool.

The Neighborhood: There is a great coffee spot (West Beach Coffee House) and Pier 33 convenience store next door.

Shopping, dining, walk-in-doctor office, arcade, mini-golf, entertainment, grocery store, nightlife are all located nearby. The Hangout is located less then a mile away.

Other things to note:
There is no fee designated parking for 2 vehicles under the home.
Beach access is at the West 6th St Public Beach, which is a block (0.2 or 300 yards) to the east. It is a short walk.
