Welcome! Our location is Pacifica’s most desirable location. Located almost at the end of the
road, this house offers privacy and is close to the beach & trails. This resort-like retreat features
a relaxing infrared sauna and Olhaussen pool table. There is a kitchen, dining
area, half bath, & family room on the ground floor. The upstairs features 4 bedrooms, 2 full
baths, w/one of them being a primary suite. 20 min to SFO and 25 min to the heart of SF!

Downstairs: beautiful luxury vinyl planks, fully equipped kitchen, $10K Olhausen professional pool table in the living room, brand new sauna in the garage.

Self-check-in with dial lock. Arrive at your leisure any time after the standard check-in time.
Entire house including garage, onsite dryer and washer, two parking spots on the driveway and
free parking on the street.

The house is private and the entire property is available for your stay!

Other things to note

- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be canceled. Police will be
called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside
furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

- Guests should not congregate outside of the house between the quiet hours of 09:30 pm and
9:00 am.

- Guests should never play loud music at a volume that can be heard by neighbors at any time.
Neighbors should be respected at all times.

- Only the number of guests declared at booking are allowed on the premises. Violation of this
rule will result in immediate eviction.

- Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guest's count for accuracy
at the time of your reservation! Ask for approval, if you have visitors,

- Groups of visitors, or party size visitors are not allowed.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay.
