Ski in and out with ease from this Peak 9 slope-side home base. Ride up the QuickSilver chairlift just outside your building for access to Peak 9. Wander downtown to Main Street's hearty apres-ski scene - it's a block away! With convenient ski rentals and easy access to ski school, this is the perfect launching pad for your ski vacation.

Inside, stretch out on the leather couch and admire mountain views after an exhilarating day. Whip up tasty meals in the full kitchen while recounting adventures. Get a great night's sleep before doing it all again.

Everything was wonderful! The process to access our room was seamless and simple. The room was as described and very accommodating. The location was walking distance to main street and used the trolly for any outskirt adventures. It made my wife and I's stay a pleasurable one! I would recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to experience Breckenridge!

The location was great, walking distance to everything. The unit was cozy and would be comfortable for a couple but very tight for 4 people. One thing to be aware of is that there are no blinds or curtains on the windows, so not only did we have no privacy especially while construction was going on, it also got very bright in the morning while were sleeping. We were also unaware that the building was under construction and were woken up by it every morning.

Great Location!

The condo was great! It was very close to the lifts (2-3min walk) and you could also walk to town for dinner and shopping! Check-in was easy and they were very easy to communicate with about parking before we arrived.

Location

The condo is clean, well stocked with everything, and the replies from management were quick. The location of the condo (close to the Quicksilver lift and Main Street restaurants) is the best thing.

The location and amenities in the unit were great. The business that owns the unit we’re extremely responsive. They sent me access to the unit shortly before I was due to check-in. I wasn’t sure where to park so I called them and someone gave me very detailed instructions. If you need an EV charger there are some on site, however, the one night I was there all of the chargers were in use. This didn’t end up being too much of a problem due to my next comment. The complex and the HOA are extremely strict about parking. I was staying one night and then skiing the next morning and I asked the people at the front desk if I could possibly leave my car there until about 4 PM when I came down off the mountain. This was a hard no. So I had to move my car to the parking garage that’s about a 10 minute walk that also has EV chargers. And then had to walk back to the building in ski boots. Then it was another 10 minute walk back to the car in ski boots and skis on my shoulder. Just be aware they are extremely strict about parking so if you are going to ski on the same day you check out make some plans.

Dad/Daughter Ski Weekend

60 second walk from property to lift line. 5 minute walk to downtown. Food truck just outside the main entrance of the property serving fresh Churros and hot chocolate for a perfect afternoon apres treat!

Perfect Ski Getaway

The condo certainly isn't new and shows it's age a bit but that didn't detract from our visit at all. We loved that it was less than a 5 minute walk to both Main Street and the Quicksilver lift. The 4 hot tubs are big and perfect after a day of skiing. For anyone that prioritizes location/comfort to modern/new/fancy, this place is perfect. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great stay

Overall, a great property. Amenities are amazing. We really enjoyed the hot tubs and game room. The room was a bit tight for 4 people with the extra furniture in the room, but would be comfortable for just two. We did have a housekeeper come into our room while we were there the last full day, which was a bit concerning. Usually we weren’t around, so I have no idea if they came into our room any other time. Hopefully, it was just some confusion on our check out date. Overall, would recommend. Very close to the lift and convenient ski pick up/drop off in the building.

Terrible Check in Experience

I was very displeased with the check in process at the VRBO. The front desk would not help us check in and we had issues figuring out what room number was ours. The instructions had misleading information and they were not able to accommodate an early check in or late check out. Very disappointed in the experience.

Very convenient

This is an extremely convenient location in Breck. This particular unit was clean and well maintained with some updates to the decor. The furniture is nice and the bed comfortable. The kitchen is older and not perfect but good enough. If you want to walk out your door and head directly to the mountain, this is the place to stay. It's also walkable to all my favorite restaurants. One criticism of management is that they were supposed to text me when the room was ready - this was scheduled for 4 pm. I waited around for a couple of hours and by 5 o'clock I had to call and find out why I didn't have room access - apparently they mis-typed my phone number. Also, there is an App to access the room and parking - it works but a little buggy on my I-phone. This is all a new system and may need refinement. I would rather just have a key card. But the people at Ski Colorado are always very nice, helpful and responsive. p.s. I put new batteries in the TV remote - they were dead.
